Very appointed!! All inclusions listed were not met. We were ment to be picked up at 2pm, the driver did not show up till 3pm

The driver was very irratic , we had to wait in their compound in the heat for an hour while they changed vehicles, we were constantly harassed to buy souveniers and scarves.

You will be aware of what happened on our disastrous trip yesterday. Not only do I want a full refund but both myself and husband had ruined clothes and he completely lost his expensive timberland shoes when he had to rescue all the females from the car due to the incompetence of your driver. I am expecting you offer substantial compensation or I will be taking the matter further. For your information my husband’s occupation is a lawyer.

Driver was okay. Upon arrival at the camp, someone explained everything about the event and somehow influenced everyone in our group to upgrade to VIP (seats + buffet dinner)
Seat was worth it as you get comfortable sofas but the food wasn’t worth the price.. good experience overall

The driver was double booking the tour. While my tour group was waiting for the driver, he was picking up another tour group. He was late 1 hour for our meeting time because he was picking up another group. The driving was also very rough that it made me very uneasy. The front part of the car was also broken, which made my anxiety worse.

A terrible experience from start to finish; rude driver in unsafe car. Camel ride lasted all of 02 minutes and for which we were double charged - and not a belly dance in sight. The whole evening spent under constant harassment to buy over priced tat from numerous men who were intimidating and pushy. Plus, having all paid for the same trip, on arrival guests were given the choice of making an extra payment for so called VIP seats. Those that paid were able to access food when ready - those that didn’t had to sit in lower standard seating and were not permitted to access food until the ‘VIPs’ had done so. Would not entertain this trip, particularly if you are females travelling alone or a family.

There was a chunk of simply hanging about and waiting. Tour could have started a couple of hours later and omitted the waiting periods and would have been a great experience. Spoiled by the sitting around waiting.

So disappointing. Spend all this money on a tour. Our guide said nothing to us the whole time. Dunes were fun. Then drop off for an hour in very run down atv area where u have to pay. Then get to camel ride and it's 1 minute or you have to pay. Henna is small or have to pay. Try to get you to upgrade to vip buffet. People hounding you for money all over. Bathrooms completely unsanitary. Sand boarding was three cracked old snowboards on a junk hill.

We booked and paid for desert Safari on 19 March 2022. Your operator sent a message and told us they where fully booked. The operator asked if we must reschedule or get a refund.
I requested for a refund.
I have not yet received my refund and I have sent many whatsapp messages that go un-answered.

Dune adventure was the best bit.But started badly with driver arriving two and a half hours late fir pick up !! Poor communication. Most people would have given up on the tour ..which would have been a real shame

This is the 5th Desert Safari's I have been to and one of the best. The driver was really friendly and always advising on the local trade when we stopped. The whole experience one we got to cap was brilliant and the only thing I would like to mention is to wear a wrap or hoodie as it gets windy and cold once the sun goes down.

Everything about this trip was very incredible! Especially our trip guide, he was very interactive and made the experience that much better. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name 😢. The fire show left us speachless! It was an experience like no other. A MUST DO TRIP! Some tips: bring a sweater because it gets cold pretty quickly. Bring some sunglasses as well

We had a wonderful time. Haroon picked us up at our airport, and we made some great new friends on the journey. He was great with the dune busting. The camel ride was easy. Food was good and the entertainment was talented. Definitely worth a day trip to get all those unique activities in.
