They cancelled it the last minute and offered a general entry for the next day. We bought the sklp the line ticket and hopefully we will get the refund.

I actually think this is superior to the Burj Khalifa viewing experience. Worth getting the upgraded experience to access the 54th. The views from there are open air. Also highly recommend splurging for the Fast Track upgrade because you will save tons of time from queuing. At about the half the cost of the more well known Burj Khalifa observatory, it's the better deal.

The fraudulent bookings

Viator routed our booking to a local agency (we booked 5pm for 4 adults, 3 kids) first they send us only 7 tickets. Then when I questioned them, they sent me 7 tickets. Upon arrival we realized they gave us 4 adult tickets for entry at 6pm and kids for 7pm!!!!! Mind you we pay a lot of money for the prime time ie 5pm. Then we were blocked at the entrance. They allowed only 3 folks to go (1 kid included after we almost begged them). Next they told us to come back at 630 and we we allowed in only by 7. By that time the sun has set and it was past prime time. The travel agency refused to respond to my refund requests and ignored my WhatsApp. So did Viator when I called them. I strongly discourage anyone using them to NOT USE THEM. They scammed us.

We enjoyed the views and photos from level 52 and 54. I recommend booking level 54 deck observation (next level & fast track). Level 54 allows for better unobstructed views of Dubai.
