A fun and unique experience

We had a wonderful evening at Dubai Saraha Desert Fortress. The food was delicious and plentiful and the entertainment was excellent. One star deduction for the usual hawkers and tacky souvenir stalls, but otherwise we would highly recommend this experience as something fun and different.

An enjoyable experience in the desert with many highlights which included a traditional Emirati welcome, interaction with falcons, camel riding and a sumptuous feast. The entertainment was phenomenal. The only criticism was the vendors from the souks disturbed our enjoyment of the evening as they were several occasions when they came to our table in an attempt to sell perfume or jewellery or photographs. Overall it was a great evening and we have many wonderful memories from this day.

A big cheating!

Very bad experience. On the Viator website, it says this program is including five courses dinner, but actually it is a buffet, the food quality is very low. We strongly ask for refund. It is not worth 185.00 CAD for per person . This is business cheating!

We understand that there might have been some confusion regarding the meal options. However, we would like to clarify that we have already refunded 50% of your payment since you did not partake in our buffet, insisting on the 5-course meal. It is important to note that we strive to provide fair and honest service to our customers, and allegations of cheating are unfounded. If this were the case, we would not have taken the initiative to provide a refund. We do regret that you feel inclined to make such claims without considering the effort and services we have diligently provided. The fortress is pretty. The shows with the dervishes, musicians and fire were amazing. A 2 hours adventure that we will remember. Great taxi driver too. Very friendly. A must do and I am saying that being a very picky person. My teenagers and wife loved it.
