Mosques Dress Code. Mosques have very strict dress codes, when visiting; Women must wear long loose clothing, insure their arms and legs are fully covered. Women are also required to their heads at all times. However, if needed the company will provide long-local Abaya with a scarf (long black dress-attire) which must be returned back. Men must not show above their knees and cover their shoulders. Failure to do so will result in refused entry. Company does not provide any kind of clothes to men. Tattoos are to be covered.
On Fridays opens from 4:00 pm till 7:00 pm and will be closed some certain dates and announcement of these days mostly few days before only, also it is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festival.
Lunch not included - you will be given time for lunch at Marina Mall, Carrefour or Food court ( closed during Ramadan ) OR The full Corniche view restaurant OR any other restaurants (at your own expense).

Mr. Sadik was absolutely professional and a wonderful tour guide. He took us to the best places in Abu Dhabi. A wonderful Arabic lunch was a plus. He knew the ins and outs of all the different places and where to park. Couldn’t have done this without him.

Mazhar was a fantastic tour guide

Mazhar was a well experienced and humble tour guide. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take us. The Mosque's architecture was worth witnessing in person to completely take in the handiwork and craftsmanship involved in constructing it, the same goes for the Palace. The private nature of the tour, as it was limited to small groups, was exactly the experience that we were after. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Abu Dhabi

Worse Abu Dhabi ever and worse company ever

We book in advance private tour for 6 people with the agent, and in last day announce us that will have a guide speaking in English. We said ok. Guide drove very slow and lost lots of time from our tour. He didn't even respect the itinerary, and spoke very bad with people from our group. Refuse multiple times to stop somewhere for pictures, refuse to get us where we wanted to visit, telling ud that doesn't worth to visit that place. Even the Heritage Palace and Etihad Towers. Worse tour ever with worst driver/guide ever, with a very bad English and bad manners. The guy that we book the tour promise us a good tour, and we agreed to pay extra if we want to visit something extra and he was agree with that. But the guide was so unfriendly and with very bad comportament. Definitely stay away from this company!

However, we take this matter very seriously and Upon investigation, it has come to our attention that the guest didn’t follow the guide instructions and itinerary, preferring to create their own schedule. Consequently, our guide had to repeat the same route twice, in the middle of the tour they decide to changed their route from Emirates Palace to Yas Circle, There were two people there drop down at yas cercle. For the remaining four people, they returned to the original starting point near Emirates Palace to finish the tour ( as they have tickets qsar al watan ) which is a distance of around 40 kilometers. And once again the driver has to come back to yas cercle to collect the 2 people, While this may not be our original itinerary, we are still committed to doing it for the guest satisfaction without any charge.( Not taken extra money ) For a successful professional city tour, it is essential to follow the guide's instructions or itinerary. The guides have extensive knowledge and expertise regarding the location, duration, information, and itinerary, He possess more than 6 years of professional experience with this profession.. However, the guests chose to do the complete opposite itinerary. We devoted all our efforts to delight our guests, but unfortunately, we were unable to do so this time. Customer feedback is important to us, both positive and negative, as it aids in our growth and improvement. Major is the best driver/tour guide to Abu Dhabi. He lives in Abu Dhabi for years so he shared a lot of info and our tour is very flexible, giving our family time if we need extension in one place and shorten it if we request its time to go. We covered all places as describe and more. He recommended food and places where we can eat and always polite and attentive to our needs. Driver not a Guide

We enjoyed Abu Dhabi as a place to visit and would certainly recommend that it be added to any Dubai itinerary. However not with this tour. Our guide Sonu while pleasant was not at all knowledgeable about any of the places we visited or the history of the area. He was basically a driver not a guide but with a very old vehicle that could use a good cleaning and updating the shocks. I was disappointed to find out that some of the information we were given was not accurate. He was able to identify places and navigate us that was pretty much it.
