We where highly dissapponited to notice the fact that your website was completely different to what we saw at the beach such as the boat ride that was to take us around Palm Jumeira failed to pick us up when it clearly states that it would do so also it states in the website that the duration of the jetski and boat cruise activity would be one hour and twenty minutes to do but it was only thirty minutes and their one excuse was that the boat broke down
