- Formula Rossa ride at Ferrari World. Moving forward, customers will need to reserve their slots as per the following guidelines: 1. Reservation Required: Formula Rossa now requires a reservation upon park entry on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. How to Book: Guests can scan the QR code at the park entrance or visit the Information Desk to book a 30-minute time slot. 3. Limited Availability: Time slots are limited, so we recommend booking immediately upon arrival. 4. Evening Access: From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, no time slots are required; direct access is permitted. 5. Fast Track Upgrade: Standard Fast Track is not valid for Formula Rossa. Guests can upgrade to the Formula Rossa Fast Track for 50 AED per ride. 6. Booking Limits: Each email address is limited to one time slot per day, with a maximum of 5 guests per booking. Please ensure to book the slot to have hustle free experiance

Unfortunately, many of the rides were closed for maintenance and I did not realise you had to ring ahead to check what rides j were available. The fastest roller coaster in the world has been out of action for more than a month. When checking the website again I noticed they do say small print ring ahead, if you are concerned about what rides are operating Many people were like me at the park lining up for the 240 km an hour rollercoaster and we’re very disappointed to find it was under maintenance and had been for more than six weeks also other rides were out of action as well and rides, including the roof walk and the flying fox. Olle vez extra payment to enjoy them and it’s not included in your entry ticket. Food was also disappointing and highly priced and they do not allow you to bring any of your own food or drinks in staff was very helpful and polite. The park is only open from midday and closes early at seven. I was lucky that it was Ramadan and was not very busy.

Unfortunately for us we had to wait longer than 2 hours for the bus. We were told he would come between 8:30 and 9:00. We were finally picked up at 10:45 a.m. But Ferrari World is worth seeing, even if you only have 4 hours to do it.

Do not use this tour operator. In the days leading up to the event, they will send you a PDF or two that includes a voucher which is not valid at the park. In addition when you click on the app for viewing your tickets or downloading your tickets, it still shows an invalid voucher. Finally in the moments before or after your attempted admission to the park they’ll send you the actual tickets. This is what happened to us and we ended up having to pay twice for this Park. The vouchers included and the barcode on the app is a total deception. They are invalid at the park. Customer service afterwards has been totally unfriendly and unreliable. I’m still working on getting a refund. Until then I highly recommend you avoid this tour operator and go straight to the Park website and purchase your tickets from them. It is absolutely more reliable to go straight to the Park website than put up with this level of frustration and disappointment.

We had downloaded our tickets for use offline, but when we arrived at Ferrari World we were rejected entry at the gates and told our tickets were not valid. We had to go to the ticket office and phone (had to switch on our overseas data roaming) Viator and have the correct tickets sent by WhatsApp before we got into the park. This nearly ruined our experience and didn't happen using another similar company for other Dubai located experiences.
The park isn't big by USA theme park standards but it does have 5 high intensity rides including the fastest roller coaster in the world, and boy is it fast.

We really enjoying our time there. It was fun in the best part that we did it in our time... The driveway drop you off and then pick you up, so you we were not on any schedule. The driver were on time both ways.. I recommend..

I selected this tour because of the hotel pickup and drop-off and the described "Access to all rides and attractions & Entry/Admission - Ferrari World Abu Dhabi."
The driver was good about contacting me to arrange my hotel pickup and a safe driver on the road. But when we arrived at Ferrari World, I asked about admission and he just laughed and dropped my off across from the entrance and showed me where to go purchase the Entrance. If I had been with a group, I would not have been prepared for the surprise of paying for the entrance for multiple people.
I was disappointed that they would advertise one thing and then fail top provide what one pays for.
I would not use this tour until they clarfy if admission is included or not.

Our pick up was earlier then scheduled, we then drove around for 1.5hrs, upon asking questions to the driver as to where we were going with no response. We then found the transfer bus down a back street. We then drove around Dubai for again for another 1.5hrs. Finally leaving & getting on the highway we then stopped at some random service station. The bus was old, worn out with broken chairs, handles & very noisy! We left our hotel at 8.15am & arrived at Ferrari World at 12.45pm. This is only a 1hr 30 min trip, so upon getting to Ferrari World we felt very rushed. When we left the bus we had no idea of the pick up location or time. I then had to pay to get a taxi home, very disappointing experience

This trip was organised by Rayna Tours. First things first, at all costs, Rayna Tours should be avoided. Reasons as follows:
1. There was a significant delay in the pick up from the hotel. The trip was supposed to begin at 8:30, it started at 11:30 am.
2. Lack of coordination from the operations team of Rayna Tours. The customer care had hardly any idea of the whereabouts of the trip pickup.
3. Trip is usually outsourced to local travel companies by Rayna Tours and hence nobody is willing to support you in case there are any delays that happen on the course.

Very expensive for the amount of rides at the park however it was good fun. The driver taking us to the park needs a few driving lessons, he had already had a crash on his way to picking us up and then getting to and from the theme park we nearly was involved in 7 more crashes. I think the trip to and from the park can easily be said to be much more scary than the actual rollercoaster rides

The Driver is watching movies while driving going to ferrari world , he keep on glancing at his mobile while driving. On the way back he brought a guy who is not part of the tour and smells very badly.

We absolutely loved our trip to Ferrari World. The driver was in time, the van was clean and comfortable. Se struck traffic on the way home and got a bit sick of being on the road but that is hardly the drivers fault. Highly recommended and much cheaper than trying to drive ourselves from Dubai!

Tour was excellent but Tour operator did not provided us TICKETS even I asked from Driver and he said ONLINE VOUCHER WORK but that did not work.
I called back company but no response then called back driver who dropped us in ferrari world and he cordinated with company and TOTAl 4 hrs wasted in getting ticket on whatsAPP . very worst experience as its hard to wait with family up to 4 hrs and seeing people going inside by showing tickets .
4 hrs I remain in tension and my family remain in tension as well and due to driver I got connection with ticket provider and if driver was not in contact then I should have to waste whole day.

Don't book with this company. The Ferrari World tickets were received but the transfer didn't turn up so had to take a 200AED taxi ride to get there. Ferrari World itself was great and I would recommend going but organise the trip yourself.

Ferrari World was amazing. The journey to Ferrariworld was done in a 15 seater bus with airconditioning that only just managed the heat. The driver despite have a microphone never said a word and when we got there he had not tickets for us for Ferrariworld, he told us to take the Viator confirmation sheet to the ticket office, the ticket office would not accept it! Luckily the driver had given everyone his phone number and he did come back and sort it out. The meeting time for the return journey was between 5pm-5.30pm, I think perhaps a set time would be better as it is very hot waiting for people to arrive back to the bus.

The route was bad calculated so I was the first one to be picked up even though the driver passed near my hotel 40 min later on the way to pick other guests.l When I arrived I had a problem with my ticket that took me 50min to solve (with no concerns from the company). Although a driver surely picked me up at Dubai and took me to the Ferrari World, I could not enter there. He didn't give me any ticket and the e-voucher was not valid at the ticket counter. Since the driver was gone until the picking up time 6 o'cklock pm, I was obliged to buy my ticket by myself to enter. At the return trip, I asked the driver why he hadn't given me any ticket but he just told me to call the agent afterward.
The next day, I called the responsible agent whose name was Rayna Tourism, but they told me to call another agent. What should I do?
All I can do is calling other another agents and being told to call again?

First of all the price include ride from hotel to theme park and entrance tickets which is really reasonable. The transport is on time. Ferrari World is lots of fun. Awesome deal!

You feel like a kid in Disney World. My family enjoyed going to Ferrari World and the activities there. The ride of the Ferrari Rossa was the highlight. It is expensive though!!! Be prepared for the drive to Abu Dhabi from Dubai.

Fantastic building and fantastic place. Only a couple of adult rides though and building work going on throughout. Attached to a shopping mall which is great. Food is very expensive once in Ferrari world. Takes an hour and half from downtown Dubai.

The tour was good but not on time. It supposed to arrive between 9.15 and 10 but he arrived at 10.15 and after we had to pick up more people so we finally left to the tour after 10.30. But we had enough time in the park so it was good.
The driver was friendly but he was quite smelly.

Queue's were small which was good. Formula rossa was closed for maintenance, very disappointed, obviously reason for visiting, children not happy! Transportation didn't arrive until after 10am and then stopped for petrol? Just glad there were no queues! Overall good day!

Although it is a small-ish amusement park, it was high tech, state of the art and best of all was that we got transportation to get to Abu Dhabi where the park is located from Dubai. Also, we liked how everything was essentially indoors.
