I made the reservation and paid at the same time (28/04) for a night tour on 02/05. I got there and the driver didn't. I contacted the number provided and the driver was not even aware of the tour. It was already midnight and after I insisted a little, the driver was very helpful and contacted the supervisor of the partner company. After another long conversation, he managed to find a driver willing to get out of bed and go pick me up for the tour. However, the tour that was scheduled for midnight began at 2:30 a.m. Another point of discontent is that I paid the price of several entries to the attractions and due to the schedule, they were closed. Not surprisingly enough, but being a tourist visiting the city for the first time, I have no way of knowing if the selected attractions work 24 hours a day. After all, I paid the full price, did not enter the attractions and the tour lasted just over half the time contracted.
