Where do I start - this just shouldn't be a paid excursion. We made the mistake of booking it with the transfers -just take a taxi - it is much cheaper. The fountain 'show' consisted of one song - Baby Shark and that was it. It was all over in less than 5 minutes! We were shocked to say the least - all the hassle to get there. The ticket for the boardwalk was about £4 locally - is it worth it? Not the night we were there - there wasn't much of a crowd, so we didn't need to be that bit closer. I can imagine when it is super busy to have a clear view would be good, BUT it isn't that good of a show. We stood waiting longer for the show to start than it lasted. If you are thinking Bellagio fountain show (Las Vegas) - this is not at all in that league. IF you are going to Burj Khalifa and the mall anyway - watch the show - DO NOT make a special trip just to see it.

It was a great way to view the fountain show without being packed in with the crowd - definitely was a great tip. The only thing is that the platform is located right under the burj khalifa- so you can’t see the fountain show and the view of the burj khalifa at the same time - but worth it not to stand in the crowds. I am happy we booked in advance, but definitely doesn’t seem necessary as you can buy tickets to enter the platform directly from the booth when you are there.

Loved the experience fro star to finish, getting close up to the fountain show was great.. just didn’t like the fact of collecting the tickets from the Burj khalifa ticket counter as they only have one queue, plus the security and staff are unhelpful and rude !! Back to the shoe it’s great getting up close but the showtimes vary from the booking information, I timed these as my booked show was shorter than the next one ??

DO NOT BOOK. This advertisement is a SCAM. I paid $108 for 2 adults , that's 400 AED. I showed my voucher to the ticket booth lady and she was surprised I paid so much money . She stated the cost of that attraction is only 20 AED, That's $6 USD... I paid more than 5 times the amount of that attraction. And on top of that it wasn't a 30 minute attraction as advertised. The fountain show lasted less than 4 minutes. I tried to get a partial refund but this agency is ignoring all my emails and will not give me my money back . Go directly to the booth to pay for the reservation..DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS AGENCY FOR TYE DUBAI FOUNTAIN

Ask questions ahead of time otherwise you won’t make it, it took me to burj Khalifa tower when I got there they said it’s in the mall. I don’t have GPS , but I sue common sense we made it to the mall. When we got there we didn’t know where to go to redeem the tickets. It was hectic finally we had to go back to the hotel. Waste of gas and salik.

Not worth it at all

Totally not worth the money. The sidewalk surrounding the fountain will suffice rather than paying to view from the bridge. It was literally only my daughter & 2 other people that paid for that & I’m sure they felt the same way. Don’t waste your money, show only lasts 3min anyway and starts again every half hour.

This is a wonderful spot to watch the fountains. It’s more or less in the centre and you can even feel the water drop on you. A close up experience and hassle free unlike the food area where there are massive qs. Well worth the money and you can watch more that one show if you have time.

Yes, the Fountain show is free to watch from many locations at the mall, however you paid for the Board walk which is right in front of the Fountain avoiding all crowd and giving you the best view.
