Pickup is available within Dubai except inside the mall. Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel or residential building inside Dubai central locations: Bur Dubai, Deira, Karama, Oud Metha, Al Qusais, Al Jafliya, Al Rashidya, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, downtown, Business Bay, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Jumeirah, Sheikh Zayed Road. (Noted please)Pickup from Sharjah, Ajman, Al Furjan Al Maha Resort, Bab Al Shams, Jebel Ali Resorts, Expo Village Hotels, Al Maktoum Area Hotels, Jebel Ali Palm Hotels, and Dubai Parks hotels and resorts are on a private basis only with no shared transportation options. Pickup is not available from the Hatta area or from locations outside Dubai. Pickup time and location confirmation will be sent to you by email and WhatsApp. Please be ready for pickup 45 minutes before the start time of your tour.

Better on our first trip. This trip felt shorter than the first (especially during the bashing) and the guide wasn’t as good. There was also more of a hard sell along the way as well. Camel ride is a bit of a non event. Quad bikes were good.

Great fun speeding up and down the dunes! A bit of a drive out of the city but well worth it. Stopped out on the dunes for photos and some children did some dune surfing. Easy pickup and drop off from our hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic tour with a fantastic guide! Not the best weather, but our guide, Noor Khan was determined to ensure we had a great time.. Very experienced, capable driver and a very friendly guide... Would highly recommend and will use again for other tours the next time we are in Dubai!

Amazing trip .... thrilling. Enjoyable from the moment we were picked up at our hotel, to the camel ride and on to the most exciting sand dunes ride something I've wanted to do for ages ..... not forgetting the sandboarding. Our guide was unwell that day but he carried on like a real trouperson.

On the website it states an 8-8.30 pickup, but as soon as you book this is changed to 7-7.30. So we had to sit in the hotel reception from 7am, we then got a phone call on my mobile at 7.30 am which cost me to answer to say he is running late. He finally turned up at 7.45 and then took us to a petrol station to fill up. When we finally got to the sand dunes we spent 15 minutes riding on them and then taken to another place where you can pay extra to ride buggies. We then drove home and was back in our room by 10.30 am. A lot of waiting around and driving to the dunes for 15 minutes on the sand dunes :

Booking was very easy. Pick-Up at the hotel and all the organizational stuff worked great! Our driver was very friendly and funny and not least a very good driver in the desert! It was a great experience!

Very good dessert safari. Would only suggest the morning trip, not the full day as you could be stuck in the dessert until late night, waste of a day, would get borrowing with a lot of standing about, afternoon would just be too hot, so earlier the better. The dune bashing was about just over an hour, after which time I started to feel sea sick which I don't usually, and after the hour one dune is the same as the last one. Good friendly driver and staff we were looked after and safe, would go again-morning only. Enjoy.

Great morning trip with our guide Noor. Had to pay extra for quad bikes but worth it. Sand dune driving was as good as a rollercoaster with our experienced driver.

Excellent tour. A very friendly guide picked us up and provided useful commentary as we drive through Dubai to the desert. The safari experience was excellent followed by a quick camel ride. Well worth the money. Magical memories made.

Excursion bien organisée, timing, vehicule , chauffeur: rien à redire... permet de sortir de la ville et de voir...le desert .
Par contre estomac fragile s'abstenir, ça bouge vraiment beaucoup et devient franchement désagréable au bout d'un moment et pourtant je ne suis pas trop fragile habituellement de ce coté là!
Je n'aurais pas choisi cette excursion sachant cela...

Bra arrangemang som levererade vad som utlovats. Hämtning vid hotellet efter överenskommelse. Trevlig chaufför och säker biltransport. Minus är den lite onödigt långa och sega väntetid vid ranchen där däcken luftades och pumpades. Trist också med all nedskräpning i öknen. Där borde städas upp. På sina håll ändå att vackert landskap och racet över kullarna var häftigt. Håll i er :
