What To Expect

Travel independently to Atlantis The Palm in advance of your dive time. Then, show your certified scuba diver card and check in at The Lost Chambers Aquarium. PADI, BSAC, NAUI, CMAS and SSI dive certification are accepted.

Meet your dive team and change into your supplied wetsuit and diving equipment, putting on your own bathing suit underneath. Towels and bottled water are also provided.

Listen to a safety briefing and make your way to the Ambassador Lagoon for your 1-tank dive. Then, when you’re ready, enter the waters and enjoy your dive accompanied by a dive leader and two other expert divers.

Descend into the depths and swim through the clear waters, exploring the rock arches, pillars and other ruins that replicate the mythical lost city of Atlantis.

Gaze out at the the incredible array of aquatic life, following your dive leader into the different areas and secret corners of the vast tank. The vast lagoon houses 65,000 marine creatures, so you’ll be joined by shoals of exotic fish such as parrotfish, wrasse and snapper; as well as giant rays and reef sharks, all swimming close up to you.

When it’s time, return to the surface and say goodbye to your dive team. Then, change back into your clothes, and end your tour when you leave the aquarium.

Please note: children must be aged 10 or over and hold scuba dive certification to take part in this activity.
