Lovely atmosphere, and lovely food. Had a slightly delayed departure due to some late arrivals, which then meant we were a little rushed getting to the show.

Picked up promptly from the hotel. Arrived in plenty of time. Greeted by friendly staff. The cruise was fab. Dinner very tasty with plenty of choice and entertained throughout by a saxophonist. Service was excellent. Lots of photo opportunities.
Disembarked and escorted to the La Perla show. We have never seen anything like it. It was spectacular. The effects were brilliant and as for the entertainers!! Aerial feats, hair raising motorbike riders and amazing water features.
We were collected after the show back to our hotel.
A must do trip.

I chose the hotel pick-up/drop-off and it was great to have the same driver. He was prompt and a safe driver. He waited to hand me off to one of the cruise workers so I didn't have to search for our boat. Cruise staff was friendly and there was a table up top already set aside for me. Plenty of time for sunset photos and to watch the water show before heading out. The buffet food was extensive and delicious! There was even a pasta station where you could request which pasta, sauce, and additions you wanted. Nice variety of fruit and desserts. We had complimentary juice, a couple of appetizers, water, soda and coffee/tea (if you wanted). So many amazing photo opportunities!! We did get some historical information as we went by some places. There was a wonderful saxophone musician that played for about 30 minutes. There was a smooth transition for those like myself who chose to go see La Perle. A staff member walked us directly to the show. This was a perfect way to see some unique sights of Dubai, eat a delicious dinner, and see a wonderful show. I would highly recommend this tour!!

Slow service. Buffet food was cold and low quality. Not a luxury experience. The view was beautiful once we finally sailed off. La Perla show after dinner was amazing if you like that type of show.

My clients were only disappointed because of being on the lower enclosed deck, Photo opportunity came too fast to run up to the top deck to capture. Advise to take the upgrade seating on the Canal River Cruise.

A super last night in Dubai treat. Cruise enabled you to see Dubai at night from a different view point and it was beautiful. Food was plentiful although not particularly hot. La Perle was incredible and a definite must. Good idea to check out the story first before seeing it.

The cruise was excellent. The boat was very clean and nice, the tables were nicely set with tablecloths, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the live music was very enjoyable, and the part of the canal cruise was beautiful. The show was a lot of fun as well. Beautiful stage and wonderful acts. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The cruise was perfect for our last night in Dubai.
Very well organised. We were picked up on time and escorted to the boat. The food was excellent and the views were amazing. Due to the heat even at night, we sat in the air conditioned lower deck and went upstairs later.
The show was jaw dropping. Even better than we hoped. I don't understand the reviews saying that the seats were poor as the theatre is in a semi circle so all of the seats offer a good view.
So glad we did this.

Cruise scenery started slow and we were wondering if it would get better...IT DID! The way they moved you through the channel and got right in the middle of the lights and buildings was breathtaking. Food was average, not great but not bad...there was plenty so you will leave stuffed! Service was great, music nice. If you are loking for a 5star dining experience, maybe skip it...but if you enjoy these types of bookings where you get a good meal and a different view of the city, definitely book it!

Great experience at the Al Faris dinner cruise and La Perle. The food and service on the cruise was very good, with the performance at La Perle outstanding.

The view of Dubai at night is excellent….this is the best way to see Dubai!
Staff and food were also delightful. La Perla was much like Cirque de Soleil….a little long and very loud but very entertaining.

Dinner was average , not that great. It would have been great to have more variety of food and some sort of entertainment during the sail . The La Perle show made up for the average dinner. The La Perle show was fantastic and we enjoyed the show.

We brought the package with unlimited drink’s which is a rip off because you can only have the house beer and wine and the servers only come around once!! So I paid $60-80 bucks for one house wine. Next the bus drivers for pickup after the show didn’t show up and/or never revealed their location so after waiting and calling for an hour we had to take a taxi. So angry and disappointed!!

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our unlimited drink package and pickup service. Regarding the complaint about the unlimited drinks package, it's worth mentioning that the details of the house beverage package were thoroughly explained to all guests before any orders were taken. The waiters were available to take orders throughout the evening.
Regarding the issue with the pickup after the show, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our transfer vehicle attempted to locate the guests at the designated pickup location at 10:30pm to 10:40pm, however, the hotel did not allow the vehicle to wait any longer at the entrance. As a result, the driver had to make another round to check for the guests. Upon his return, the rest of the group was found.
Additionally, it is worth mentioning that the cost paid for the package also included other amenities such as an international buffet, round-trip transfers, tickets to La Perle, and the luxurious canal dinner cruise experience.

The high dive into the pool is my most memorable part. But the motorcycle riders in the ball took a lot of precision and perfect timing which was amazing.

1. More clarity should be shared with the potential customer.
2. Recommend jackets in cool weather.
3. We had a bus load of seniors that were not picked up in a timely manner nor communicated with nor answered phone.

However, due to hotel policies, he was unable to wait longer at the entrance and had to take another round. Upon his return, the rest of the members in your group were found. Although I was alone on this trip, I'm sure it would be appreciated by couples and adults, not so much by kids. The views of Dubai skyline at night were magnificent and the food and live music were really good. The La Perle show however was not that great, being a Dragone production. But that is not the cruises' fault.

This review is purely for the cruise, as the show was AMAZING. I will not drag on, as I could, but from start to finish our whole cruise experience was terrrible. Service was poor, the food was very average, staff customer service was terrible. The sights on the way were good, and the manager did his best to appease the situation, but to little comfort of our ruined cruise.

This was the 3rd time of doing thes excursions, previously booked separately. Booking these trips together we we’re giving really poor seats at la perla, right at the side where you couldn’t see the stage, which spoiled the whole show.
