Itinerary
Your tour begins with pickup from your central Dubai hotel by private vehicle. After a short transfer to Burj Khalifa, take the time to admire the futuristic skyscraper that, at 2,700 feet (830 meters) tall, is officially the tallest building in the world.
Next, use your pre-paid entrance tickets to head inside and ride the high-speed elevators up to the At.Mosphere restaurant, the world’s highest restaurant, located on the 122nd floor. From your reserved seats, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of Dubai’s urban landscape, dramatic seafront, and distant desert, all while tucking into a decadent High Tea, including an array of sweet and savory treats, and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks.
At the end of your experience, meet back up with your driver for the return trip to your hotel.
Next, use your pre-paid entrance tickets to head inside and ride the high-speed elevators up to the At.Mosphere restaurant, the world’s highest restaurant, located on the 122nd floor. Do not book through here, a complete rip off... They have completely lied regarding their pricing..
Book direct much cheaper and catch local taxi's to and from venue...
When i mentioned the price difference they didn't want to assist or offer a partial refund...

Transfer company driver had trouble finding correct entry. Just as well, we arrived a little early. But restaurant opening time was half hour later than we were given.
Tour details said a main course was included (and was shown on the menu for the high tea) but we were told that would be extra cost.
Staff friendly and helpful. Servings small but delicious and did fill us up!
Had window seat for good views but glass dirty and air pollution quite noticeable even at 1.00pm.

We were treated like royalty while at the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and went out of their way to assist my mom who wouldn’t be able to manage the stairs.
Food was delicious and beautifully presented.

My dear wife and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. It was much more than tea as it was close to a full meal! the view and staff were awesome! My only complaint would be the drop off point. We were dropped off at the Dubai Mall and had quite a long walk to the Armani Hotel. We actually had the driver pick us up at the Armani lobby after the tea was over.

Our waiter was Tarak, and he certainly knows his tea flavours. He chose our drinks based on our personalities and he was spot on. We couldn't fault anything. We were chaufer driven there and back to our hotel. Highly recommend this experience.

We were picked up @ our hotel, taken to the luxurious Armani Hotel lobby & took a high speed elevator to 122 floor of Burj Khalifa. White linen table cloth, orchids, fine china & crystal on our table by the window. Iced champagne was served immediately as the very efficient waiter took our picture with the stunning view of Dubai in the background. Each course was superb & elegantly presented. The 2 hours flew by! This is a must do in Dubai.

Very organised afternoon tea. As soon as we entered through the Armani Hotel as directed we were treated very well and as individuals. The food was delicious and served by highly trained staff who wanted to make the experience memorable. The music supplied mainly by a solo violinist was so enjoyable and perfect for the occasion. The staff went out of their way on learning it was my birthday and produced a little birthday cake as the violinist played ‘Happy birthday ‘ beside me at the table.The only criticism I have is that the view was disappointing. Lots of cranes, concrete and half finished buildings. However this event was the highlight of my visit to Dubai.

The transfer was in a car which was a bit squashed in the back for three adults and none of us are overweight . The afternoon tea was amazing but we only had two hours between being dropped off and picked up and this wasn't enough. We had to ring and ask the driver to come to pick us up later as we hadn't even started on the cakes at pick up time .

If you are in Dubai this is a MUST DO!!!
Chauffeur transport to and from our hotel, entrance via the stunning Armani hotel, hostess accompanied to the express elevator to 123rd floor. Fantastic 4 course afternoon tea with Prosecco, mock tails and coffee. Superb service. Window table looking out over Dubai. And the whole thing entirely at your leisure.

The experience was great and long enough to enjoy a leisurely 2 hour high tea, plus time in Dubai Mall. It was listed as new so we weren't sure about the excursion as there weren't any reviews, but it was a lovely time. We were picked up at our predetermined time from our hotel. It's quiet, not an overcrowded environment and the layout provides for window seating and fabulous photo ops in this small, intimate restaurant.
Tarak our waiter was informative as he explained ingredients used in the beautiful, delicate savory bites before our main course. The dessert course was just as delectable, from chocolate scones to creamy morsels of goodness.

We couldn't go because of my health, I do hemodialysis I paid almost 400 euros per ticket and I went bad I had to go to a Processing at the time of the reservation. The site contacted me I sent a photo from inside the clinic connected to the machine proving that I could not go for health reasons and I was not refunded and could not remarket for another day. I found it absurd since I got 4 hours incommunicable in the clinic and I could only answer the 15 hours being my reservation was for 12:30. In summary I lost almost 800 euros and the answer is that I did not warn you , and there was a proven medical emergency I offered documents from the clinic to prove and the answer was that they could not give a refund or resume . Never again buy or indicate this site, their customer support and bad! Zero understanding of the situation and zero empathy with the customer!
