Our tour is not what we expected. The driver changed the time of pick up sooner so we were all rushing. Only to wait and had a lot of stops saying it was due to “traffic “ we couldn’t see any . When we arrived at the camp , the show already started, and the driver was constantly rushing us . It was not an enjoyable adventure for us. They were making frequent stops in the desert among the group of cars and loud drivers. They were not organized. I feel like our tour was changed last minute. The campsite was not good.

Where ever you go on this trip you are approached excessive times to buy stuff. I paid and thought that would be it other than a drink or snack throughout the day, camel ride about 50metres fine but the desert dinner you are not told you have to wait until after the shows to eat and will have to queue but you can pay extra of course and eat immediately, food was not that impressive and not impressed by show. I can say the dune bashing was great and our driver was great, the tour was for 3:30pm and we were being messaged for pick up at 2:30 but could not contact driver to advise we were just waking from flight as our tour was for 3:30 allowing time to be ready, nowhere mentioned an earlier pickup as we were then running a late our driver did wait for us which we really appreciated, there was no real communication throughout the day as to where we were going first or that you would need at wait in a marquee while others did the ATV option. Lots of driving and waiting.

Die Show und das Essen waren sehr gut. Die Fahrt mit dem Rover zwischen den roten Dünen war ok. Wurden richtig durchgeschüttelt und manchen Damen vielen durch heftiges Stöhnen und Kreischen auf. So soll es ja auch sein. Enttäuschend war jedoch, dass wir keine Zeit zum zugesagtem Sheesha rauchen hatten und der versprochene Kamelritt gerade mal, wenn es viel ist, zwei Minuten gedauert hat. Mit anderen Worten zwei mal im Kreis gelaufen. Ich bin Snowboarder und hätte gerne das zugesagte Sandboarding mal von einer Düne ausprobiert. Das wurde allerdings von unserem Führer Aman überhaupt nicht angeboten. Auf der Rückfahrt sprach ich ihn diesbezüglich an. Antwort: Ich hätte ihn danach fragen sollen. Es wäre auch bei einem Unfall sehr problematisch, da kein Krankenhaus in der Nähe sei und ein Hubschrauber sehr schwer zu bekommen sei. Als ich auf der Webseite las: Wüstensafari mit Kamelritt und Sandboarding, habe ich mir was anderes vorgestellt. Die 45 Minuten, die wir auf dem Quadplatz verbracht haben, wurden in der Leistungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt. Es sei denn, es war das Dunen Bashing damit gemeint. Ich war der Meinung, dass mit Dunen Bashing die Tour mit dem Rover duch die Dünen gemeint war. Dafür, dass das zugesagte Sandboarding und das Sheesharauchen ausfiel und der zugesagte Kamelritt mehr oder weniger lediglich daraus bestand auf das Kamel zu steigen, ein paar Schritte auf dem Kamel zu verbringen und wieder ab zu steigen, ist der Preis von 45.05€ zu hoch. Von Tunesien bin ich da was besseres gewöhnt.
