It was poorly organized. Pickup times inaccurate. Was supposed to be 11 hours, was less than 8 Not worth the money.

Firstly we don't think your booking with us but if you book with us kindly provide us your booking reference number to investigate. Normally in sharing to we can you confirm you exact tour duration because some times we have multiple pickup and make tour duration long and sometimes only single pickup so in share tour duration depends on multiple factors and abu dhabi tour duration between Min 8 to Max 10 hour. Duration depends on seasons as well like in busy time you will get high crowd which take long to finish any attraction and off seasons less crowd where you don't take much time.

Tralasciando la nostra guida che era preparata e disponibile, l’organizzazione del tour in sè era pessima: le mete indicate nel pacchetto non sono state rispettate. In totale abbiamo visto meno della metà delle tappe incluse nel pacchetto. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni mi è stato riferito che parte delle attrazioni erano chiuse e/o non c’era nulla da vedere. Peccato che nel pacchetto riportava scritto “biglietto incluso stop di 30 min”. La guida ci ha mandato a visitare la moschea e il palazzo reale senza indicazioni nè informazioni e abbiamo avuto non poche problematiche ad accedere in moschea. Ciliegina sulla torta, c’erano altre due persone insieme a noi che contemporaneamente facevano un altro tour e la guida ci sballottava a destra e a sinistra cercando di rispettare gli orari di entrambi i tour, ma con scarso successo. Ci ritrovavamo perciò ad aspettare sedute a un bar per almeno un’ora. Non consiglierei questo tour a nessuno.

With due all respect our guide cover all places as mention itinerary except national center which was closed due to covid and about other two passengers yes there was you have to wait little because they have booked ferrari world along with Abu dhabi tour but as a compensation you get qasr al watan free entry which you forget to mention. Thank you
