Itinerary
Choose a morning or afternoon departure (morning departure not available on Fridays), and when it’s time, meet your private driver-guide at your Doha hotel.
Hop inside your private, air-conditioned vehicle, and head to The Pearl, Doha’s stunning residential and lifestyle development built on an offshore, artificial oyster-shaped island. See the Mediterranean-inspired marinas, walkways, and malls of this upscale destination, and continue to the Katara, the beachfront center showcasing Qatari and global cultures.
After checking out the exhibitions, souk, amphitheater, and gardens of this innovative center, visit the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club, sometimes called the Royal Stables. Qatar's racehorses are famous worldwide, and with luck, you’ll see some of its most prized horses and breeding stock in action.
Next, pay a visit to the Museum of Islamic Arts, the vast contemporary museum on Doha’s corniche. View the jewelry, ceramics, textiles, and manuscripts dating from the 7th to the 19th centuries, building a picture of Qatari and Islamic history from the days of the Prophet Mohammed.
Lastly, dip into the Souq Waqif, a restored Arabian bazaar packed with shops and stalls. Scout out souvenirs here before a hotel drop-off concludes your tour in time for lunch or dinner.

We visited the cultural village and The Pearl in a hurry. We haeven´t seen the Museum od Islamic art - even not from otutside. Whole Doha is dusty end noisy, reconstruction everywhere even the Corniche an I do not recommend a visit.

I booked this trip for my parents & they picked on time & delivered a perfect trip for them to see Qatar.
The driver was a good tour guide.

George was extremely knowledgeable and made the day a wonderful experience.
We visit the falcon hospital and watched the camels return from their duty at the Royal Palace. Shopping was great, we were able to get lots of great deals on our souvenirs.

Our tourguide Ryan was very friendly and well informed about the highlights of the city. He showed us all the interesting parts of Doha and told us interesting things about the people, culture, history etc.
The only hassle was in the beginning of the tour at the meeting point. Ryan was sent by the office to another meeting point and we had to wait for a long time before he arrived and it costs us quite a lot of phone calls. Other than that, the tour was wonderful and we can only recommend it.

The complications of meeting up with our tour guide took away from our enjoyment of this tour. I had communicated with Qatar International Adventures before I left the States to confirm how we were to meet up with our tour guide because coming off a cruise ship, I wanted to be sure we would be picked up at the port as we would be unfamiliar with the area. My instructions were to "take the shuttle bus and meet outside the Port's main gate. Look for sign with Qatar International adventures and our name" That never happened. The guide was waiting at the City Center for us. The shuttle driver had a hard time communicating with us, and thought we needed to be dropped off at a taxi stand. He let us off at a busy intersection with no taxis in sight and insisted we were to wait there for our ride. The phone number given to call on my reservation was wrong and reached a recorded message in two languages to inform me that it was not a working number. So we sat at this busy intersection in Doha trying to figure out what to do. Finally I thought to looked up Qatar International Adventures on the internet and found a number that connected with their office. Then I spent another time span trying to describe which intersection I was at to a woman who spoke with an accent that competed with the traffic at this busy intersection. When we agreed on our location, she wanted us to walk to meet our driver at the Museum of Islamic Arts. I told her we were three senior citizens unwilling to risk getting lost and the tour guide had to pick us up at our location. They finally found us, but we had lost an hour of tour time, and the tour guide was scheduled for another tour at two o'clock. The solution was that he stayed with us until 1:45 and then dropped us off at the last stop, The Museum of Islamic Arts, where we had to catch a shuttle back to the Port. The tour guide had a driver with him which took up available seating. At first we all sat in the back seat which was not comfortable. Then I sat in the seat in back of the back seat, but that was difficult to get in and out of for a senior citizen. The solution that worked was the Tour guide took that seat for the rest of the Tour. It was not the Tour guide's fault that our trip started out bad and he was very apologetic and the rest of the trip proceeded okay. He was very knowledgeable and we managed to visit the sites listed on the itinerary. In the end he gifted us with a knitted scarf from the Olympics.

Very good tour given by Haithem on my quick visit to Doha. Haithem was very knowledgeable of the city and was very thorough with information. I got to see everything that I wanted and felt like I got my money's worth! Highly recommend!

despite the temperature being 42 degrees, the trip was well worth the heat, George was very knowledgeable and we learnt alot, the new pearl is a must to see, and buy off plan if you have the money!

The guide arrived on time and asked what we wanted to see, he suggested museums and galleries and we said please drive us around and show us the sights and a marketplace. This was the best tour we have ever been on due to the great guide, he not only showed us the sights but explained the history and the culture of Qatar

We were very unimpressed with our tour guide. His English was extremely poor. We had a very difficult time communicating and many times he shook his head like he understood what we were asking but had no idea and gave us an answer that made no sense. Additionally, him and/or the driver had terrible body odor and the ride in the car was unbearable. As it was 98 degrees outside we couldn’t open the window for extended periods of time. When booking a tour we expect a professional experience which this was certainly not!

The guide wasn't that enthusiastic about our tour, and we could have arranged most of this via Uber. The guide wasn't a local, and his insight was limited into the city and the country. His tip to try the fine dining at the Museum of Muslim Arts was a good one.

Excellent tour. Good photo opportunities along the way. Great way to see a lot of the city in a short amount of time.
