Nigel picked us up right at the cruise port, we had a fantastic 2 hour ride with him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Curaçao. He showed us many historical buildings and all the history to go along with it. He made our time with him very educational and interesting, I highly recommend asking for Nigel.

Driver, Jay, was waiting for us and the meeting point fairly easy to find. Jay stopped at various places and explained the history of the area or art piece. He was knowledgeable and interesting. We requested architecture, history and street art and that was what we got. Jay was a good driver and I felt safe even going over the big road bridge. We enjoyed the experience

Must inform the Driver/Guide of choice, prior to the tour. - Each of our tuktuks accommodates 2 adults passengers and possibly 1 or 2 child(ren) or sometimes even a 3rd. adult (depending on their slimness). - Customers will be solely and fully responsible for their decision to book more than 2 passengers in each tuktuk. - No refunds will be granted for passengers that do not fit in the tuktuk.

A tuk-tuk adventure

We enjoyed our tuk-tuk ride. We had a late start though, so really didnt get the full 2 hours, more like 1 hour 45 minutes. Ronaldo was our driver, he was adept at getting us in and out of traffic. We were in a group of 3 tuk-tuks, and Raymond taught us a lot of the historical information about the people, places and culture. I would recommend this tour.

Ramses was our driver and tour guide - very knowledgeable about the history of Curaçao, he’s engaging and friendly. He was very accommodating to our needs during the tour and even made a pit stop at the store so we could grab some items before returning us to our hotel. This is a great way to spend 2 hours and see the beautiful city.

Better communication would have made a huge difference!

The pick up point was not confirmed by the provider, however there was a point on the map that we went to. Since we were not sure we were in the correct spot, we attempted to communicate with provider through app. At our scheduled time, no response and no tuk tuk. 10 minutes after scheduled start time, provider called and we were met at 15 minutes after scheduled start time. Even though we began late, we were dropped off at the original end time for a 1:45 length tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle was not in great shape and seemed to need service, as our driver mentioned. Overall informative and fun, just very frustrated with communication from provider as we have never been in Willemstad before and did not know where the pick up was.

Our guide was informative and pleasant and got us to several areas of the city by driving the Tuk Tuk quite fast on highways and small narrow roads. It could make you feel unsafe at times. He also made stops and visited with friends during the tour. One time he pulled over and left us setting in the Tuk Tuk to get himself an ice cream cone and a water. No consideration for his guest. Hence the 3 stars.

To start, a Tuktuk is a fun way to travel. Our guide was knowledgeable about the island and took us to alleys and courtyards where we could walk around to enjoy the amazing street art. On a bus tour, you only drive by the areas. We even drove over the 4 lane Queen Juliana Bridge with a photo stop for the great view.

The idea is great but the ride is not so great for the over 70 crowd, unless you have a more comfortable tuk- tuk. Ours was very old and no cushion softness was left on the seats. No seat belts and nothing to really hang on to going around corners. The machine was also very loud, no muffler & it needed to be reved-up so it would not stall. I never did get our driver's name and He was kept busy organizing other tours while we were on ours. The driver was kind and knowledgeable but he did not obey traffic stop signs. I don't think he stopped at any. He made us look for the seat belts... lol.

Tuk Tuk is a great way to get around both sides of Willamsted. Raymond was knowledgeable about the history of the island and proud to share it with us. The only negative about our experience was the tour was cut short about 10 min because he had another group to pickup at noon. Our 2 hour tour was about 1:45 from start to finish.

There is so much history behind Curacao. Its vibrant colors, its beautiful waters, but there is so much profound history on this island. I would recommend this tour. My tour guide was Nigel he was very knowledge patient, understanding and a great spirit. Please try this your out. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel.

Really enjoyed my tour of Curacao and Raymond was the best driver and tour guide. We went to several locations providing the history of Curacao colonial background. Learned a lot about the slave trade and its impact on the country. Very vibrant and colorful scenery and I enjoyed being able to be in the Tuk Tuk as we explored several sites. 2 hours isn't enough and I am so glad I did not choose the 1 hour option. Do plan to do a tour of the country it's an amazing experience!

The tuk tuk tour was fun and definitely provided us an opportunity to see streets and places we wouldn’t on our own. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and sweet but our tuktuk had a lot of issues and kept breaking down. I won’t lie- I was scared riding on the bridge and highways in it with cars racing past us. I do wish I was able to see more street art.
