We were absolutely delighted with our experience. Eli and Nini were excellent guides and cocktail instructor! The cocktail workshop was the highlight of our tour and also our trip! I would highly recommend taking part in the full experience! We had a blast!

Curaçao Cocktail Making Workshop

We had an excellent guide who led us through the history and production of Curaçao. Her presentation was clear and precise and was a much better experience than that of the large tour groups who filtered through. The second half, which consisted of making cocktails was also led by another young woman who gave an excellent demonstration on the mixing of various cocktails. All the ingredients were clearly laid out and there were generous portions of everything we needed. Our guide really helped and encouraged us in our efforts to make the perfect cocktails. The facility itself was clean and attractive and we would highly recommend this tour!!

This was so much fun! Very informative and interesting the backstory of Curaçao liquor. The cocktail class was a lot of fun. Our host Rhoda was great!!! The only negative was the directions on the app did not take us to the right place , so we missed a few minutes of the tour, however the distillery was great.

Everything about this was amazing. The initial welcome drink was refreshing, the tour was informative and fun, and then came the cocktail class. It was just me and they brought me behind the bar and they showed me proper techniques and measuring for the most delightful cocktails of my choice! Highly recommend!

The tour is OK. It is pretty short. We opted for the cocktail class at the end. The good part is you get to make two cocktails of your choice to enjoy. The downside is only two people can make a cocktail at a time. With 13 people you spend a fair amount of time just waiting.

This is a half history, half hands on experience which is a perfect combination. We were given a tour throughout the distillery, gaining a brief education of the origin of the liqueur. Then we were well guided by Gigi to create cocktails of our choice. If you like history and a good cocktail, this workshop is for you!

A little history, delicious drinks, new friends

This was a great tour! We were welcomed with a drink (vodka, blue Curacao, and sprite?). They very thoroughly explain the process of making Curacao and give you the history behind it, as well as why the bottles are so special. We each went behind the bar, chose the drink we wanted to make, and had all the ingredients laid out for us. It’s not really a guided lesson so much as the bartender stands there kind of overseeing. If you have questions, they are happy to help. Otherwise, you get autonomy to make your own drink, including how much you’d of what you’d like to pour. You get to do this twice. I had a Tamarind Sunset and it was delicious. After the tour, we sat at a table with another couple and made fast friends with them. We were the last to leave from our group and sat there well over an hour after the tour ended. There is a bar you can buy additional drinks if you’d like. No one rushed us at all. It was nice getting to meet new people from other parts of the world over cocktails. Would definitely recommend doing this if you’re in Curacao on a day trip or looking to kill a couple hours on vacation.

This was very fun for my group of 7 I love history and I loved the drinks more LoL we were definitely feeling nice by the end of the class. They had a whole drink menu for you to choose from so you can make and I love mixing drinks right up my alley.
