We did the Street Food Tour in Cuenca with Diego. He's very informative and fun. We tried some food and drinks that we would not have otherwise. The tour took us to lots of places around central Cuenca including one of the markets. We recommend the tour and the excellent guide, Diego.
The tour was excellent. Christian is the best tour guide. A wealth of knowledge and facts about the entire country as well. The foods we tried were never questionable. Simply delicious and as a suggestion, begin this tour ready to eat.
It's the best way to learn about the local food scene and culture. I had a wonderful experience with my guide Edi who answered all my questions. He was punctual and professional in handling the tour. I enjoyed tasting a variety of Ecuadorian food with insight to the origins of the cuisine.
