My guide was Moses, and he spoke English and Spanish. He was very engaging and helpful. I had some altitude issues, and Moses was very understanding. I did the tour of the ruins and enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you, Moses.

We booked a tour to the Ingapirca Complex and we had a wonderful day with our tourguide Diego. We learned a lot not only about the history, but also about plants, animals and the people of Ecuador. Diego was very friendly, helpful and he really knows a lot and told us very interesting facts. Thanks a lot! We highly recommend this tour!

Wilson was a great guide. Knowledgeable and very friendly.The day was cloudy and drizzling but still wonderful. First stop the Church was spectacular. Good stretch of the legs getting up to the top but a view you won't forget. The inca site was very good and great people . The views were great.

The tour was excellent - Edison was an excellent guide who answered every question and clearly explained the history of the Ingapirca site - how it fit into the Incan/Canari timelines and significant events, the efforts to reclaim the site for study and tourism and side discussions on the culture of the Incans and other relevant details. The weather was beautiful, the walking was invigorating and lunch was delicious. Thank you for a great day

My husband and I did a full-day tour with Diego who was one of the most knowledgeable guides we've ever encountered. He knew everything we asked and would elaborate with fascinating detail. His enthusiasm for the history and culture of the area is inspiring. We had a wonderful lunch and learned a lot. This was one of our favorite tours we did in Cuenca and it was probably due to this guide.

. the driver miss commuted info to me or never finished explaining, he blamed me in a loud voice saying I interrupted him that was way. He became rude with me the tour ended 2 1/2 hours early he blamed it on me not wanting to walk up the stairs to a church, which I said I am 67 years old and trip over my own feet, I was not going to climb. I did not enjoy this tour and when I tried to take to company I booked it though got no place at all.

Compartimos el tour con una pareja extranjera, así que el guia tenía que comunicarse en ambos idiomas, el inglés le entendimos a la perfección y eso que nosotros no hablamos inglés, estuvo atento a nosotros en todo el camino, nos llevó a conocer Biblián, y nos compartió muchos datos interesantes que desconocía, fue un tour muy agradable y para nada cansado
