Don’t Book This if coming in on cruise ship!!!

Do Not Book If On a Cruise ship!!!! Giving three stars since I didn’t get to do tour after searching Viator near the cruise port and assuming it was near port. Turns out they are an hour away or $100 taxi ride. Make sure you read details and use google maps even when seems close. Tried to explain to your operator and had hoped for compassion and at least a partial refund and no luck from them or viator.

Hey Mr. Revis, We sympathize that YOUR assumption was incorrect. However, we feel compelled to state that Google maps are a very accurate tool, when researching ones destinations. You submitted your order on Jun 29, 2024, 07.47 PM GMT +3 for a parasailing activity dated Fri, Jul 12, 2024. One proceeded with a cancellation request via Viator dated Jul 12, 24, 12.05 PM, (two weeks later and 3 hours before your activity), falsely stating the reason as 300$ transportation cost! According to Google maps, we are based 32.5 km from Corfu Cruise Port. Therefore, let’s add some perspective to this bias review. Conveniently placed directly outside Corfu cruise port is the local Green transport “KTEL” bus stop, running a daily service from the port directly to Sidari priced at 3.70 Euros per person each way, or Car hire with prices from 30 Euros for 24 hours plus 7 Euros extra for gas or a taxi costing 60/70 Euros each way. We are certain you will agree that your untimely refund request was unjust. The details of our activity clearly state we are based in Sidari (Sidari Watersports), stating you will fly over the famous coastline of the Canal D Amour and Cape Drastis area, taking in a view of the Albanian mountains, hence the reason, we cannot be closer to the cruise port! Thus, making this the main reason, why one should add this activity to the TOP of their Things to Do list, whilst visiting Corfu on a cruise!

Wonderful experience! The people that run this are the sweetest people, and they made our experience safe and fun. I was super nervous at first but now I wish I had done it for longer! Once they found out it was my partner's birthday, they kindly offered us a free tubing ride which was so sweet :)
