It was educational and entertaining. The tour guide Sofia is knowledgeable and doing a great job, and the driver is reliable and trustworthy.

We got to see all the sites in the northern part of Corfu. It was a great day. Corfu is so beautiful and this was a nice way to see much of it. Our guide Valia was amazing, she spoke 4 languages and had various nationalities on her tour today.

Unfortunately the Achilleion Palace was closed for renovation.

Very ordinary with not a lot of content. Quite expensive . Lunch was extra and boat ride was also extra . Total cost was over £200 for two. Too much for not a lot to see.
The quide Maria was very nice though.

After 45 mins on the transfer bus to meet the coach in the middle of nowhere and then go back the way we had just travelled for 15mins did not bode well! Especially as we were travelling in the wrong direction for the promoted tour. At the first stop we asked the guide why we were not visiting the Achillion Palace - apparently because it is being renovated. It would have been useful to have been told we could not go around the palace before we booked! It soon became apparent that we were not on the trip we had booked, as this trip visited places to the north of the island, which had not been on our itinerary - although our names were on the tour guide’s list. As it turned out the trip was interesting and the towns to the north very pretty - cannot tell you the names as we were on a ‘mystery’ tour! For future reference, maybe letting customers know about changes to trips or buildings being ‘renovated’ would prevent frustration and annoyance?

Great way to see the island in a day if you are short on time. Our tour guide Maria was a lovely lady who kept us interested the whole way through and hats off to vassili the driver of the bus. Interesting stops along the way with time to enjoy them

We liked a lot a trip in general, which gave us the summarized idea of Corfu island: geography, history, places of interest. We enjoyed the lunch- super meals and super view. Very well organized 1 full day trip to recommend.

It all started with the fact that we booked this trip in German and when we sat in the bis we were informed that this tour was only in English and French today. We were offered to do tomorrow's tour. But since we had other plans the next day we decided to do this tour in English/French.
Unfortunately not everything was approached / offered as it was in the description. In the old town of Corfu, for example, we did not go to the old town hall, not to the church of St. Spiridon and even more places was omitted.
But all that was stated in the description that these places are visited.
When asked if the lady could tell us something in German too, only a flimsy excuse came "you may only speak two languages on the bus, otherwise it would get boring for the others)" you can explain to me privately outside the bus in German. Which she did. That was fine.
Nevertheless, for the money we paid (the travel company made a mistake in booking, a German speaking guide personally told me) it was a pretty weak showing.
The next stop was a seaside resort called Paleokastritsa. Well why I have to visit a seaside resort (there might be one or the other thing that would be more interesting what you could look at remains inexplicable to me as well. In addition, it was only a stay of 30-40 min where you could neither bathe nor take a boat trip because the time is just too short. There was too much wind that day anyway, so no boats operated. Next, we headed to a restaurant with an eerily beautiful view. Only this place was very expensive. Seemed like they had an agreement to steer us tourists into this place. At this price we paid for a meal could have been there. (We already had that). Also, the possibility to visit another tavern was not given as this was the only way to eat.
We continued with a tasting of regional products. Didn't say anything like that. It was okay.
Then when I asked if we would go to Achileon (that was actually the reason for booking) the answer was no. My tour guide only said when I showed her my tour description ,no that is an old description and you have to change it. This building has apparently been a construction site for years. But the garden would have been with information and accessible.. there I would have hoped at least to come to the garden and get information about this building.
But no instead we drove to the nearest seaside resort Kassiopi. Apparently to watch people bathe. Interesting
Conclusion: much too long bus rides, little information which could have been passed on in German on the bus , but which was supposedly not possible. And too expensive for the price. Better rent a car yourself and drive there what interests you.

Ein toller Tag von Beginn bis zum Ende. Man sieht die allerwichtigsten Stellen von Korfu an einem Tag und sammelt tolle Eindrücke und Erinnerungen, wie etwa die optionale Bootsfahrt mit dem singenden Skipper in den Buchten von Paleokastritsa oder den über deinem Kopf hinweg landenden Flugzeugen bei der Mausinsel mit dem Vlacherna Kloster usw. usw. Unsere Reiseleiterin gab uns viele Infos. Sie erzählte auch tolle Geschichten und Sagen der Gegend in perfektem Deutsch und Englisch und war sehr, sehr nett. Der Busfahrer war ein Könner, manchmal waren nur mehr einige Millimeter zwischen den Häusern Platz, unglaublich. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Tag, auch die Abholung hat gut geklappt und alle Menschen waren so freundlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Abbiamo scelto questo tour perché volevamo scoprire la storia e l'arte dell'isola di Corfù...Ma purtroppo non è stato così.
La guida si è limitata a fornire giusto qualche indicazione per poi lasciare ai partecipanti molto tempo libero per esplorare le zone dell'isola toccate dal giro.
Dulcis in fondo la sosta "obbligata" in un negozio di souvenir con la velata raccomandazione a spendere.
Se si è alla ricerca di un tour che mostri a grandi linee ma in modo superficiale Corfù può essere anche piacevole, ma se cercate arte, storia e cultura non lo consiglio.

Es war ein wunderschöner und sehr gut durchgeführter Ausflug. Die Tour wurde in englischer und deutscher Sprache durchgeführt was schon mal super war. In diesem Ausflug hat man ein wunderschönen Einblick wie vielfältig diese Insel ist, mir persönlich hat der Norden sehr gut gefallen. Leider kann ich garnicht alles aufschreiben jedenfalls man sieht und erfährt sehr viel über diese Insel.

Il giro delle località è abbastanza completo, poi la guida oltre all'ottimo inglese è anche molto preparata su ogni singolo argomento. Bellissimo l'Achilleion, gradevole la breve visita all'isola di Mouse, bellissima la visita presso la celebre Palaiokastritsa e nella graziosa Kassiopi. Complimenti per il pranzo tipico corfiota con vista panoramica a Lakones! Mi raccomando però, la prossima volta utilizzate un mezzo di trasporto con l'aria condizionata che funzioni un po' meglio!
