This venue can't really compare with other "fortresses" in Andalucia but it is still worth visiting for historical interest rather than visual splendor.
The guide explained well its history and significance, and described the exposed ruins of earlier structures.
The guides did not show up at the meeting point. I called the tour provider abd asked for reimbursement. I cannot recommend their service
This was a very weird tour. After each monument we were given a break of 30 or so minutes. What they really did was stop the tour to add more people. After each monument our group got bigger and bigger. Also, if a group was late the whole tour was held up. This was a real disappointment because the monuments were nice to see but we spent more time waiting than seeing.
Wonderful tour of Cordoba, Alcázar of Córdoba, and the Mosque-Cathedral! The Alcázar of Córdoba has fabulous gardens. We could have stayed in the gardens all day. The Alcázar of Córdoba itself was not overly amazing, but the gardens are breathtaking. The other amazing thing on the tour was the Mosque-Cathedral. The Muslim architecture in the old mosque turned christian cathedral is fantastic. The arches give the illusion that the church goes on forever. Lovely mix of mosque and cathedral. The tour guide was very informative and kept a good pace. Great tour. Very glad we did it.
This walking tour of Cordoba moments was well organized and was fantastic! Our tour guide, Rafael, was very enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed the Fortress of the Catholic Kings and Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba. It was a great value for the cost.
Paqui the guide was fabulous and it was a wonderful, informative, thought-provoking tour. I really appreciate Paqui's warmth and excellent interpersonal skills. The Jewish Quarter was a highlight for me as I am researching my ancestral roots in the Sephardi area of Andalusia. Thank you!
Paqui, our guide, gets five stars. She was knowledgeable and very accommodating. We had time to take photographs and read and look and listen. Wear good walking shoes for four hours of standing and walking. The organization to get going was time-consuming and tiring, standing and waiting for the company to decide who was to go into which group. Glad that the guides wore orange shirts so that we could follow them.

This was a truly amazing tour providing the perfect introduction to an amazing city. To us the crucial element to such a tour is the guide and ours was just superb. Pacqui was brilliant knowledgable, helpful, understanding and humorous and turned the tour into an unforgettable experience. I would advise anyone visiting Cordoba to go on this tour as it covers all the main sights and with all entrance fees included it provides good value for money.
One of the best tours I have taken. A little disorganized in beginning but once they got everyone in the right groups it was excellent. We walked all of the most important monuments in Cordoba. hours of walking so make sure you have the right shoes and have the time.
Our tour experience was awful. The first portion guide: Angel started nicely, but quickly spun out of control when our group was joined by out of control children and a group that swelled to nearly thirty. I would not at all recommend this if you are truly looking for a small group. The tour deteriorated even further when the mosque tour portion was transferred to a different guide, a completely disorganized, if well meaning young woman.

This was a great tour especially the mosquita...the problem is it says we will have 'those mikes to hear the guide...we only had it in mosquita hence the only place we heard guide...we started the first 10 minutes just 14 of us...and then another group joined us and now we were maybe 25 and could not hear anything the guide said...therefore a waste of money very dissapointed

Well paced, knowledgeable and dedicated guide, attentive with those less mobile. High point obviously the Cathedral/Mosque in which the tour ended, so you can admire all the chapels.

Muy bien la guía Carmen pero íbamos al final mucha gente. A lo mejor quitaría minutos de estancia en los Alcázares. Demasiado tiempo allí.
Notre guide Carmen, passionnée par son métier a su nous transmettre l'amour pour sa ville de Cordoue et ses si beaux monuments. Elle était pleine d'humour et de gentillesse toujours prête à apporter de plus amples explications. Les deux heures trente sont passées avec une grande rapidité. De plus l'effectif de 10 personnes pour cette visite est un véritable confort qui permet une relation très agréable avec le,guide.
Je recommande ce type de visites guidées pour mieux apprécier la beauté des lieux en apportant des connaissances précises..
Intéressant , groupe peu nombreux pour les francophones ce qui équivaut aux explications compréhensibles de la part des guides.
