Make your own way to Copenhagen’s Hard Rock Café, located on the prominent shopping boulevard of Vesterbrogade, and sail past long entrance lines with your skip-the-line ticket. This was well worth the money just for the no wait because the wait time was 40 min. Food was good with good choice from Gold menu.

I would not recommend pre booking at this cafe,I did and having to wait 35 40 minutes, and watch other Walk in people get served first, I counted 6) when we had been served it looked nice, the gold menu) I found my burger to be cold having waiting for the waiter to come back and ask if everything is ok which he never did, I just had half of my meal because I was hungry, but could not face the rest. Waited another 40 minutes before the waiter decided to come back having asked me was everything ok I told him only so much cold food I can eat, he told me he would see his manager, but he never come back to me. So be careful if you choose this menu, walk ins seem to get seen to first.

It ok but never get a voucher on line because you don't get much of a choice from the menu, it's a set menu which in our cases was gold menu from the Hardrock cafe.

If I had known what this was, I would not have it. I thought it was a group dinner and it was just a reservation for me. I could have done this on my own and would nit have picked such a mediocre restaurant. Other than the location there is nothing special about it. It is noisy, crowded and very mediocre food.. I could have gotten it cheaper with a wider selection booking on my own, if I wanted. I was disappointed. The only bright spot was the kind & helpful staff.

The atmosphere is fab and staff were so much fun just really disappointed at the set menu choices no starter choice only 5 dishes to chose from and I desert as it was a 30th birthday treat it was very limited choice.

Recently visited this restaurant and was perfectly fine. You kind of know what you are getting with a hard rock. The food was good, service was excellent and yes while the menu is more limited on this deal, there is plenty to choose from.

I booked this experience as my daughter has food allergies and we know from past experience that she is ok with food at Hard Rock Cafe. The staff asked if anyone had any allergies before we ordered and this has been the case in order countries too. The food was hot and delicious, the staff very attentive and friendly.

Do not do this if you want to enjoy a meal at Hard Rock. Very limited menu(2 appetizer, 6 entree, 1 dessert choice). We basically sat waiting for our drinks and food for over an hour which negated the whole point of skipping the line. Service was terrible. Waste of a good evening out.

Worst tour ever. First there was no line, second many personnel didn't recognize Viator voucher, third place was essentially a McDonalds no atmosphere, fourth menu provided with voucher was very bad. We would have done better eating at McDonalds or Burger King.

We my husband and I purchased 3-course meal. We ordered BBQ combo. It took some time for food to arrive seemingly short of wait staff at around 2pm. The French fries were almost cold and BBQ was not even better. It was a disappointing experience at this Hard Rock! I booked this restaurant based on the prior, recent reviews from Viator. I would warn Buyers be aware.

The meal at the Hard Rock Café was great and the evening was a lot of fun. We were seated promptly and we had specified the 'Diamond Dinner Menu' and ordered from the menu. We were served a PLATTER of food, not to be believed! Actually, more than half of the meal became our meal for the next evening. We enjoyed great service and terrific food very much.

Only one thing I would put right on my trip to this lovely café is train your collegues to explain price of beer .We asked for large beer which on menu stated 67KRR we got charged 80KKR each which was not on menu :. If you have large large beer which waitress called it why doesn't it state price on menu ?
