never was pick up for tour-very disappointed. the company later in evening offer me another tour different from this one for next day but i was leaving . very disappointed.

Dear Linda As I told you, I'm sorry you missed the tour. The tour departed from the Astoria Hotel at 10:30 as stated in your confirmation email. The concierge called from the Marriott hotel at 11:07 and asked for the bus. I replyed that the bus had left 10:30 as planned from the Astoria Hotel, and you never told us that you wanted a pick up from the Marriott hotel. At this time the bus was already on it's way over the bridge to Sweden and could not turn around.
