- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Hot Air Balloon Flights take place in an uncontrolled outdoor environment and include transportation by van or 4-wheel drive vehicle. All riders should wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and dress in layers for the cooler temperatures at sunrise. All riders must be sturdy on their feet with no recent injuries. Riders should consult a physician with any questions about their ability to participate in the activity. All riders must sign waivers. Hand-held cameras, binoculars, and closable water bottles are welcome aboard the balloon. There are no bathrooms in the field.
- All balloon flights are subject to weather. If the weather conditions do not permit a safe flight on the day you are scheduled, your flight will be cancelled by the pilot and you may reschedule or be refunded in full. Riders should monitor their cell phones for an early morning call from the pilot or crew chief regarding weather.
- All riders cancelling their reservations within 24 hours of the activity departure or who are a "no show" are considered non-refundable.
- Tours depart on time. Guests that are late will miss the tour and NO refund will be given.
- At least 4 people are required for this activity to take place

Flight was canceled 1 hour before we were set to arrive. It was meant to be the highlight of our vacation and we planned everything around it. Woke up and packed up at 4am just to get a text at 5:45 that the flight was cancelled. Pilot stated it was due to the weather but by 7am the sky’s were clear. I called him and was told it was due to cloud cover. It sounded to me like he was just waking up. I’m not a pilot but I do have 20/20 eye sight and there were no clouds at 7am when we were meant to meet at 6:45 am. I spent $770 on a 3 hour experience that never happened and now expect a full return of my money.

We are sorry that we were not able to fly on that date. You have been fully refunded, and again we are sorry that the flight was canceled.

This was awesome! The kids loved watching them set-up the balloon, and we had a perfect day for the adventure. After the ride is when they serve you a light breakfast — and our guide/pilot shared some interesting history about ballooning. Loved it all!

Really great ride. Ended up just being the two of us. We got to do some things not usually done in a balloon. We had a great landing close to our takeoff point. After lifting off we went down wind, then changed altitude and our direction changed almost 180 degrees.

Changing directions in mid-flight. We actually stopped any horizontal movement at about 2000 AGL. Our landing was the greatest. 4 little bumps.

T dog & his crew provided a superior calm balloon ride. Floating above the sky as morning awoke was one of the best simple pleasures I’ve had in a long time simple pleasures are the best.
