Christchurch "classic" and reinvented tour

We had an excellent experience on this walking tour with James. He was very knowledgeable about the city and everything it has been through as it reemerges from the earthquake of 2011. He focused on all the positive progress being made and showed us both the "Classic" city and the renewed modernized version. We truly got a sense of the vibe of the city and its people.

We had a wonderful time exploring Christchurch with Simon. Firstly he was very accommodating of our schedule, allowing us to meet up earlier than booked. He was very understanding of the different ages and walking abilities of everyone in our private group, and went at a pace that was just right for all of us. The history of both past and present Christchurch was engaging, as well as his tips on what to see and do once our tour was done. All in all it was a perfect tour and we highly recommend booking a tour with Simon if you are visiting Christchurch!

Simon, the tour operator was great. He was on time, personable and welcoming. The tour was extensive, adaptive and informative. It gave a good overview of Christchurch, its history and the rebuilding after the last earthquake. The walking is easy, and Simon goes at your pace.

Engaging Tour of Christchurch

We saw far more of Christchurch than I expected on this tour. Ben was knowledgeable about the history including the 2011 earthquake and its aftermath. Ben kept a 19-year-old and a 70-year-old engaged on this 2-hour walking tour. A great way to see Christchurch.
