This guy is completely left. Me hanging did not communicate. They did not send any messages. They know the day of the activity they were supposed to pick me up at 8 AM. No one showed up no one called. No one emailed this is absolute complete. Unprofessional company do not book this store and when you book with Viatour they cannot help you. All they can do is send a message to them, but at that point your time is already wasted so don’t waste your time with this.

We sincerely apologize for this mistake as due to configuration issues on the Viator platform, we did not receive the booking notification. Our standard operational process is to contact the customer immediately after the booking to confirm the booking details and itinerary. We will also provide the driver and tour guide contact information the day before the tour.
