We loved the tea party from start to finish.
The hostess was lovely and gave me a pair of teacup earrings for my birthday. She kept checking on us to make sure that we were doing well and to see if we needed anything.
The server was very sweet and made sure that our tea pots were full of yummy and delicious tea.
The lady of the house, Mrs. Esther Louden did a great job and her performance. We enjoyed learning about her and her husband's story and the impact that they had on Prince Edward Island. We loved learning the history of Prince Edward Island and the importance of teatime.
We enjoy learning about their traditions of how teatime can be a polite battlefield.
We also thought it was fun to know the different signs that a fan could communicate to others.
All the non-caffeinated herbal tea that we chose were delicious and we enjoyed them very much. It was fun for us to learn about the teacup guard for men who had mustaches.
We were so grateful for the extra time and effort you took to accommodate our food, allergies. We enjoyed all the food choices very much.
Where enjoyed the setting and ambience of the ballroom.
We also liked the fun photo options.
We all bought souvenirs from your little shop in the hallway too.
We appreciate everyone's efforts to make it a wonderful tea and tale time for us while visiting your beautiful Prince Edward Island.

If you’re looking for a high tea that’s warm, welcoming, and full of charm, the Victorian High Tea & Storytelling Experience at the Haviland is a must. The food was absolutely delicious, from the savory tea sandwiches to the warm biscuits and delightful sweets.
The hosts made everyone feel genuinely welcome, and the storyteller brought the history of the home to life. It was engaging, entertaining, and unlike any historic tour I’ve experienced.You leave not only well fed, but with a real appreciation for the home’s history and the wonderful people who share it. Highly recommended!
