Alban (our guide) was wonderful. He was courteous and professional. He contacted me multiple times prior to our arrival in Chamonix to help plan a hike that would be suitable for our family. We set the parameters and everything went as planned. He was knowledgeable and provided a brief history of the area. We were fortunate to have perfect weather during our hike. I would highly recommend this experience.
