However, we believe it's important to clarify a few key points for future travelers: The tour you booked was to Atlixco, a town officially recognized as a Pueblo Mágico (Magical Town) of Mexico, known for its rich cultural, historical, and natural value. It is one of the most visited destinations in the state of Puebla. You initially stated that the full itinerary was not completed. That is true — due to heavy rain and a landslide, one stop became inaccessible, a situation entirely beyond our control. Our team acted responsibly by adapting the itinerary accordingly. Later, your complaint shifted to the claim that you simply didn’t like the destination, which we respect as a personal opinion — but it is not grounds for a full refund of a service that was carried out professionally. It’s important to note that at the end of the tour, you completed a feedback survey where you rated the guide’s service with 5 stars and indicated that everything was “good and correct.” Despite this, we offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, and you still threatened to initiate a chargeback through your bank in order to obtain a full refund. We understand that every traveler has different tastes and expectations, but we stand firmly behind the quality, professionalism, and transparency of our services.
