Got Stood Up

It was unfortunately terrible as out your guide was a no-show. After waiting at the port terminal for about 15 minutes, I logged into the Vistor app to find out I was being refunded. We had to make impromptu arrangements for a tour which ended up costing as twice as much.

Excellent Côte d’Azur Overview

Excellent introduction to the Côte d‘Azur outside of Nice. Comfortable Mercedes van for a maximum of four guests. Please be aware that Eze village is quite a climb up a lot of uneven steps from the parking lot. Not suited for anybody with even the slightest mobility limitation. Everything else was absolutely easy to walk and highly interesting. We had a great time and now have some ideas for a future visit to the area. The driver/guide was very nice and well informed. Pro tip: ask the driver to skip the perfume “factory“. It‘s a cattle drive designed to get huge groups of visitors through an exhibit and into a gift shop and a massive waste of time. If you’re interested in perfume go to Maison Molinard in Nice.

I can highly recommend the "Alpes Maritimes'' tour. On this tour, I visited the following places: Eze, Monaco, St-Paul-de-Vence, Antibes and Cannes. The tour is an excellent way to get a first impression of each of these places, so you can later revisit one of them to spend some more time there if you like. My tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and drove in a calm way. I was lucky enough to be the only participant on the tour, so the places we visited could be tailored to my interests. The places I visited were all beautiful in their own way and it was wonderful to not have to worry about getting from point A to B on my own while also being provided with a wealth of background information from my marvelous tour guide.

Great time in Cote d'Azur!

It was my first day on the Riviera after a 15-hour flight; I needed to get out to see the sights on a bright Saturday morning. I was on business alone, so no other tour guide wanted to take on a solo traveler. I am glad Toufik could quickly confirm (thank you, Viator), and I had the trip booked within 15 minutes. The tour guide arrived in a nice, comfortable, clean Mercedes on time. I had a great time and loved all the places we visited. These full-day, 8-stop tours have to be considered introductory tours of the French Riviera, not a deep dive. It's up to you to go and explore the places you like most at a later time.
