Super fun, Star 4 was the best we had a blast and it was an ALL DAY memorable experience! FABIAN was a great host and was very attentive I would highly recommend this activity to anybody looking to have a blast while at the same time enjoying the beautiful things this region has to offer.

What a GREAT adventure! From the fun on the boat, the fish we saw while snorkeling, the blue water that looked like it was fake, seeing the island of Isla Mujeres - everything was amazing. This was our second time doing the exact same excursion, its gotten even better!

Not a great experience for families. I do not condone encouraging underage drinking, nor do I condone the objectification of minor. Letting minors, twerk, actually encouraging them to get up and dance like that was appalling. Other than that, the trip was average. First of all, they jammed way too many people on the catamaran. Honestly, it was probably not safe. Trip Started late. Turned out even later when we had to return and pick up people who were late. As a result, the rest of the day felt rushed. The island itself has changed dramatically over the last several years. Way too busy, not nearly enough beach to accommodate all of the people. Swimming area has been reduced to about 20 feet off the beach. All in all a disappointing trip.

Excellent day on the water. At the shopping stop, the pier space is limited, pickup may be at a different pier than drop off. Returned early from lunch to find out we had to wait 15 minutes before re-boarding (crew was on their lunch - which is fine - just need to communicate this before sending out on lunch.)

We have been on 3 Isla excursions and by far we enjoyed this one the best. Eric was super entertaining and very accommodating. Although we aren’t much drinkers, the crew kept drinks flowing! The crew spaced out snorkeling, lunch, time at the island/beach so well and we never felt a dull moment. All in all, this trip was 10/10!

First of all, our driver was 40 minutes late to pick us upand on the way home he was literally playing Candy crush while driving in traffic with a bus load full of people which is insanely ridiculous! The staff on the boat were great, but the tour itself sucked. Everything was hurry up hurry up and wait, and then doing a lot of sitting around and a lot of nothing. We’ve taken other catamaran trips to the same island and had a much better experience.
And the food that was complementary was absolutely disgusting!

Tour canceled without being notified. We were waiting and were never picked up. I wasn’t able to reach someone for a while. Decided to contact via directly and they were helpful. I did get my refund.

They canceled the tour due to inclement weather. my family was ready and waiting for pick up and never got picked up and never heard from them. I had to reach out to them via WhatsApp to be told two hours later that it had been canceled

Original trip to Isla Mujeres was cancelled due to weather and instead offered a tour to the Mayan Jungle Park. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The day started with a 3-hour minibus ride just to get there because they kept stopping at different hotels to pick up other guests. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since Google Maps showed the park was only 40 minutes away from our hotel.
Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was how dirty the park was—garbage was scattered everywhere, and the entire place felt poorly maintained. Unlike parks like Xcaret, where simply walking around is enjoyable, here you’re surrounded by dust, trash, and an overall miserable atmosphere.
The entertainment options were very limited—zipline, cenote, and ATVs—but the worst part is that they only allow one use per person! You can only zipline once, ride the ATV once, which makes the experience feel extremely restrictive and rushed. The ATVs were in terrible condition, feeling old and rundown, as if they could break down at any moment.
To make matters worse, our return transport was more than an hour late, meaning that out of the 9 hours we spent on this excursion, at least 5 hours were wasted on transportation, and only about 2 hours were actually spent doing activities.
The food was another disappointment. It was only offered at the end of the day and in a pathetically small portion, which was nowhere near enough after a long, tiring day.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend this park—there are far better options in the area. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different experience.

I was a little hesitant with booking due to not many ratings, but I’m so glad I did. The entire boat crew was amazing and accommodating. We enjoyed every bit of our time on this excursion. My 10 year old daughter isn’t great with swimming in the ocean and they made her feel extremely comfortable and kept her alongside one of the boat members while encouraging her to swim and snorkel. This was a great experience for her as she learned to snorkel with their patience. Great energy, great food and great people, 10/10 book the trip!

Incredible experience the water was perfectly turquoise blue and the vibes on the boat were so fun. I wish there was more warning about the 400 meter swim that is required to get to the reef. We spent very little time actually over the reef also maybe 5-7 minutes total. The restaurant that was included wasn’t my favorite but my friends loved it. They should also tell you ahead of time what company you are sailing with as when we arrived we were asked if we were with Starblue tours and we had no idea.

Positives: great service from the team; free flowing drinks; saw lots of fish at the snorkeling spot. Negatives: no regular life jackets on board so those who are not great swimmers may not be comfortable with swimming in open ocean with a strong current; food at buffet was very basic at best; long drive from hotel zone to get to the boat; very high pressure for big tips at the end of the tour. I tipped $20 for the 2 of us and he said that was not enough. Another staff asked me for more tip later. Would probably just take the ferry to Isla Mujeres next time and avoid this type of tour. However, if you are looking to drink a lot and listen to load music while cruising at sea this excursion might be for you. Price was reasonable, but don’t forget that you have to pay an extra $45 per person for the govt fee when you arrive at the boat.

I will keep this short and simple. I suggest reading reviews on other sites. While the crew did their best to make it the best opportunity possible this was the absolute worst time I’ve ever had in Cancun. I’ve been here several times and can say without a doubt this company is an awful company to deal with. Their boats are in disrepair. We sat out in the middle of the ocean For 2 to 3 hours without any clear communication. The boat motor failed and we told the battery was having issues. I should’ve known from the beginning there was a problem as the guy or salesman as I should say stalled for a long time. Trying to upsell us on Scuba diving and other adventures. Also on the boat we were up sold on golf cart rides and a tour of the island which was never fulfilled. They overcharge us for golf carts. I finally got a small 10% of what I paid a refund from this company after sitting in the hours for multiple hours. A boat stop by to drop off a battery however they did not let us board them to get to the island. We continue to sit for another 30 to 45 minutes until we got on the boat that got us there, however it was a very nerve-racking ride. You would not normally get on this type of boat. This company is awful to deal with and very unreliable. I do not suggest anybody book with this company if possible.

Small group and awesome hosts.
Only about 25 passengers and the captain and four staff. Free flowing tequila. Main host was Pablo, I hope I got his name correct. He was a lot of fun one snorkeling snap where Pablo lettuce to certain spots. Lots of fish, but not very colorful. There is an underwater “statue” with six hands on six concrete pads signifying love and peace to all.. Lunch stop was good. Went to a second stop and got off the boat, which was extremely touristy. Two events were canceled due to the rough weather. One more swimming stop off the boat and swinging on the spinnaker, but it was just too windy. Highly recommend this group.

We used Uber to get to the marina from our Resort on the Hotel Zone. Just make sure you have the exact tour start address inputted into your Uber/Lyft app because I got a little lazy and put in the name of the marina (Flamingo Marina), but, it was a general address for an area that was not the actual marina. The Uber had to stop while I searched my email in my phone for the exact address. Viator wil give you the exact address the day before the event starts.
Once we arrived at the proper location, we went straight to the registration desk and filled out the roster sheet that everyone had to sign. Make sure your name is on the list because there were more people than one catamaran could fit and the company split the group into two groups. The instructions clearly states that each person on the tour has to pay 800 MEX pesos or $40 for the docking fee. I paid in pesos. The tour also started later than the 10:00am starting time. It was closer to 10:45 by the time we took off from the dock. I think they were waiting for some late arrivals, even though the directions states to show up around 9:30am to the marina.
Since it was late December, the sun was not as high overhead and that didn't give the snorkeling as much light compared to the tours held during the spring through fall seasons. Otherwise, it went well with my three children that went into the water with me. Snorkeling was very well organized by the guides. Alex (tour host and guide), crew members and “Pancho”, the boat Captain were excellent in making sure we all were taken care of and made the trip enjoyable.
Isla Mujeres island was good, but nothing special. We were given the opportunity either swim on a small beach near the cataraman or go shopping in the city. The souvenirs were cheaper than what you will buy at the airport or resorts.
Overall, we were glad to go on a tour and we usually make an effort to go on a catamaran whenever we vacation in an area next to an ocean.

Viator app is good to choose options for activities. I choose Isla Mujeres yacht tour. It include snorkeling and beverage on board and lunch buffet. I paid $43 us dollar per each of my family through the viator app. I received an sns text on the travel day morning that they said I have to pay another $40 us dollars at the dock. It was dock fee and reef conservation fee. I could not cancel because I have less then 24 hrs to cancel for full refund.
Resultly, I paid double cost that indicated on the website.

Fernando and the team were absolutely great, they were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you! The boat was big enough for the amount of people and was sailed very carefully, even when the sea got a little choppy. This was honestly the trip of our holiday and we couldn’t recommend it more!
Just a tip - make sure you book the transfer option, unless you have your own transport. The marina/dock is quite far away from the hotel zone and you can’t get there by bus.
