The tour itself was quite fast paste moving not allowing enough time to enjoy Tigre. Most of the time was spent inside the van

It was a horrible experience. The tour guide Santiago was very nice. The first hour of the tour was picking people up and we didn’t get picked up at the hotel but three blocks away Second hour was traveling to a small town with no features. Third hour stuck in that town. Fourth hour finally made it to the boat where we had to wait in line to board the boat. Very few seats outside so we were stuck inside. Final hour back to Buenos Aires, again not our pickup spot. We will probably not use Viator again if this is an example of their services.

The tour was fine. It was hard to actually hear much on the boat since it was all pre-recorded information. And the time spent in Tigre city was all shopping, so if you’re into that then it’s worth it.

The driver and the tour guide were very friendly and informative during the bus ride. The reason for the low rating is that it took an hour to pick everyone up then we stopped at a church for 20 min before going to the boat ride. The boat ride was only one hour and they packed you in the boat. Not a seat open. If you didn’t get a seat on the outside, you will not be able to take pictures. Wish we were told that. It is hard to understand the recording at times. Very interesting history on the Delta. Would encourage a trip of some kind.
We were then taken back to the city. You had a choice where you wanted to be dropped off. Read all the details before booking to ensure you understand.
I just felt like for the money it wasn’t worth it.

Nice little tour to El Tigre town just outside of Buenos Aires. However, I strongly feel that they are overcharging a lot for what the tour offers. I'm quite sure that if I had just taken a taxi to get there and back it would have cost me half the price they charge as they only thing they basically is transportation.

The walk around the fruit market and a relaxing ride on the water made for a good get away from Buenos Aires. Plus the weather was perfect

Interesting, but not really a must see if your time is limited. Initial stop and boat tour really show you a bit of actual local life. You can find items to bring home at the market stop, but it is geared toward locals.

The tour was misleading. The tour was 5 hours but the boat ride is only for an hour.

Although the cruise was very interesting and our bus guide was very good and informative, this excursion did not meet our expectations. We spent most of the time on the bus and made one 25 minute stop on the way back which did not add anything to the tour.

The boat trip was really enjoyable and the area is quite unique. A fascinating contrast to Buenos Aires and well worth visiting. Unfortunately our guide showed little enthusiasm or interest and much of what we learned during the boat tour came from our overheating other conversations.

If you want to expierence simplicity and get back just to being grateful this trip is a must do. To see how people survive just with each other and the basics of nature and how they need to get by is amazing, I'm not sure if I will be able to live like this. The tour guide Elba was great and very helpful a bonus that all languages were catered for.

Nivel dos rios magicamente abaixo do navegavel de uma hora pra outra, como se fosse possivel isso acontecer em menos de 2horas. Poderia ter nos avisado antes, perdemos um dia de viagem pra nos deslocarmos até Tigre para ver um mercadinho e um museu (do lado de fora). Nao tivemos o passeio de barco/lancha. Experiencia horrivel, nao recomendo a ninguem.

Una experiencia para el olvido, lamentablemente la guía, Rocio no nos espero ( como si nos hicieron esperar 20 minutos a otros viajeros en el hotel).
Quedamos solas en el mercado y se fueron hasta el fluvial.
La hora de encuentro frente al mercado era 11 30 ( ella nos dice 11 40) así que es imposible que no nos haya visto, simplemente se fueron.
Tomamos un uber hasta el fluvial y de allí la llame ( buscando wifi en algun centro comercial) y no me atendía y si lo hacía se "cortaba".
No se nos ofreció ningún tipo de ayuda ni solución, solo manifesto que el paseo en lancha lo habíamos perdido y que esperábamos para ir al museo si queríamos regresar con ellos ( por suerte tengo las capturas)
Ademas de pasar un mal momento,
gastamos extra en traslado en uber hasta el fluvial y gasto de tigre al hotel que nos hospedabamos en Buenos Aires.
Envíe mail, WhatsApp pero no recibo respuesta y ya no espero devolución del dinero ya que el "tour" solo incluyo el traslado al tigre.
Gracias a la ayuda de una isleña pudimos salir del mal momento , pero es muy poco profesional la actitud de la guia que no nos espero ( cuando llegamos 10 minutos antes de lo pautado al punto de encuentro ). No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
