We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with our guide Mariano. He was very knowledgeable and showed us wonderful parts of the city that we may not have discovered on our own. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Very knowledgeable guide, friendly and able to communicate many local stories. The tour was easy and not rushed.
The walk with a very knowledgeable guide was the most memorable part of our 4 day stay in Buenos Aires. His English was impeccable and presentation perfect.
This ended up a private tour as just the two of us took it. We met at a cafe and the guide introduced himself and we were off at cracking pace. The tour included the historical area of BA with lots of. Information about the buildings we saw. The tour is about 2 1/2 hrs of solid walking. The final stop was Recolata but did not include the cemetery. My only complaint was that we were left there to find our way back to our hotel, anther hours walk.
I just loved this... got to know much more of it's history and saw so much of the city center. Gave me the confidence to return on my own to the places that attracted my interest or were on my wishlist! Beautiful city with wide wide avenues.
It was a morning start on a hot Sunday in January and it was just the 2 of us but I'm not convinced my guide's heart was in it. The good: she was charming and well-travelled herself so there was enough to talk about and she clearly knew her city. The bad: she told me she needed to make an important call which was fine but disappearing off for over 5 mins to make a personal call just to arrange a lunch date was taking liberties. The average: the whole tour.
A very knowledgeable guide walked us around the streets of Buenos Aires in two and a half hours. We stopped at various sights and had time to take in the history, etc. Certainly an excellent way to get to know a small area of the city.
Our guide was great and covered a lot of the downtown area of Buenos Aires. She spoke very good English.
Paid and confirmed yet no tour operator showed up at the meeting point. Very disappointed and a complete ripoff. No one answers phone number. Stay away!
Carlos was waiting for our group at the appropriate time and location. He was fun, informative and interesting. It was a good overview of our pre-cruise visit in Buenos Aires.
This was a good thing to do if you are looking to fill up a short period of time.

The tour of my city I was born in BA was fantastic: the guide was extremely knowledgeable about tons of interesting facts and her Spanish is also great!. I strongly recommend it for those who want to see what a wonderful city we have in the Southern Hemisphere:.

Carlos was an outstanding guide and with his knowledge and inside info the city monuments and sights came to life. It's a leisurely walk but covering quite a bit of ground. You don't have to be super fit to do it but need to be able to keep up. One of our highlights.
Very experienced guide who walked at a pace that was not too arduous and gave us lots of facts and information to make our experience of Buenos Aires even more than we could have hoped for.

This is the perfect tour for this fascinating city. Excellent tour and a great way to see and learn about the inner city. Guide spoke excellent English and was very informative.
We did this tour in combination with the afternoon walking tour and found it to be fabulous. Our guide was personable, knowledgable, and fun. By the end we had heard many interesting and little known facts about the neighborhoods we walked through. We would have liked to walk more neighborhoods with him had we had the time. Don't miss these walking tours, especially if you are a first time visitor to Buenos Aires.

Buenos Aires is a big, exciting and walkable city. Take a doudle-decker bus tour on your first day. After that you need a professional guide to explore some important parts of this friendly city. Our guide, Martin, was one of them.
Always nice to have a brief view of a new town, and street tours really are good that way. We had a great guide who knew about what he was showing us and the histories behind it - really enjoyable
The tour was interesting and the guide, Carlos, was amusing in a droll way about the history of the city. He seemed very well informed about the history of the architecture in Recoleta. On the downside I thought he spent too much time trying to sell other tours to us and he wasn't very responsive to questions.
Excellent very informative guide completely fluent in English. Knew the city and the history of it and Argentine well. Covered European links and architecture interestingly and walked us around many areas and buildings to illustrate this.

I absolutely loved this tour! It has a lot to do with our tour guide, Martin. Aside from the historical tidbits that he shares, we touched on the cultural differences between western customs and that of Argentina. This was my favorite tour (I took 4 tours in all).
