Juan Manuel was amazing! He was so through and knowledgeable - definitely one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had while traveling . We are so happy we booked this as most of the museum was in Spanish. He was able to translate and help us understand the content in English. The museum is very cool and well done - definitely a must!!

Excellent tour, even for someone who knows little about soccer. Highly appreciated our tour guide Alberto, with extensive knowledge of Argentina soccer. Although the whole experience was great, the cherry on top of the cake was the 3D movie. We really felt that we were at the party with the rest of the hinchas. I recommend without reservations.

Juan was an excellent guide through the stadium. While the River team does provide a comprehensive tour, the English translation and extra details were fantastic, above and beyond what we expected. Thanks Juan for hosting so well! We would definitely recommend this experience!

The Guide was very nice and knowledgeable, but 90€ for 2 adults and 1 child for no extra value other than was already available in the museum. The stadium visit was guided by River staff already. Feels a bit like a tourist rip off.

We do not understand your complaint, as the tour was carried out in a timely manner, the tour included entrance tickets to the Museum and for the stadium tour and the guided tour in English. The Museum does not have tour in english.
As for the value is what you accepted and paid, no one forced you to pay any extra for the tickets or any other service.
Please note that when you purchase the service through another means and not directly with the agency, you pay service fees, taxes and other values that we did not receive.
The tour was completed in time and form, the services were provided.
We do not deserve a one star rating, out of respect for our work, our guide and the services we have been providing for more than 18 years.
This is the first time that someone has rated us in this way.
The truth is that your comments do not help neither the tourist activity, which was closed for more than 2 years by COVID 19 nor our country.
We regret your comments and wish you to think about what you say and have more empathy with the people who work in tourism.

Truth is, the girl was good, but there's no need for a guide. The museum is very small and contributed nothing to the experience. Again, I don't blame her. I just think it's a nonsense to pay a hundred bucks to do something that doesn't need an escort at all. The stadium tour already has a guide.
To be honest, I felt ripped off but all was well.

Estimado SR FEDERICO, La verdad que nos parece totalmente inapropiada la calificación de 1 estrella. Ya que todos los servicios fueron brindados tal cual lo contratado. Esta más que claro que es un tour guiado con un guía turístico profesional, ya que los tours y visitas que brinda el museo son únicamente en español y no son personalizados. Solo son guiados para realizar el recorrido ya que así lo requieren las autoridades.
Nos parece una falta de respeto tanto para nosotros como empresa como para la "chica" que es un ser humano profesional, guía de turismo matriculado y certificado, para lo cual estudio y se perfecciono.
Su opinión indica que desprecia el trabajo de los demás, ni comprende el valor agregado que un guía de turismo le brinda a la experiencia.
En más de 22 años de experiencia recibiendo pasajeros y turistas del todo el mundo, nunca hemos tenido este tipo de reacciones y opiniones totalmente arbitrarias.
Uds. contrataron un servicio, el cual está claramente especificado lo que incluye y lo que no incluye. El precio que Uds. abonaron fue el que estaba publicado, el cual aceptaron. Al realizar la compra Uds. aceptan todas las condiciones, valores y especificaciones del tour.
Nadie lo estafo ni lo engaño ni le cobro extra. Todo lo contrario le brindamos un tour en privado con un guía de turismo profesional exclusivamente para Uds. en privado.
Es fácil desprestigiar el trabajo de los demás, sus conocimientos, estudios y dedicación.
Usted puede indicar su opinión pero colocar calificación de 1 estrella nos parece totalmente arbitrario ya que no hubo ningún problema ni el tour, ni con la guía, ni con los servicios ni con la reserva, previamente, durante el tour ni posteriormente

Die Führung war sehr informativ und unser Guide hat uns viele interessante
Details zur Geschichte des Vereins, zur Geschichte ihrer Erfolge und viele weitere Anekdoten erzählt. Da auch eine Begehung des Stadion Inneres und des Rasen, Spielertunnel etc. dabei war, hat das ganze um einiges länger gedauert als angegeben ist. Sehr empfehlenswert der mehr über diesen argentinischen Traditionsklub wissen möchte.
