Viator organizes local business to accomplish what they sell. In our case the local transfer company fell way short. While the dispatcher for GET tried earnestly to contact the driver, he was not successful after an hour and a half. We eventually asked for a refund and made other arrangements. I will post after I receive or don't receive the refund

The situation occurred because the customer disembarked earlier than the scheduled time and contacted us to see if the service could be provided sooner. Unfortunately, when we tried to reach our driver, we were unable to connect due to an issue with his phone that day. This was an unforeseen circumstance, and we deeply regret the inability to accommodate the customer's earlier request.
It’s important to note that the driver did arrive at the originally scheduled time but unfortunately the customer left before. However, advancing the service was not feasible due to the unexpected circumstances.

Once again Victor came through as expected. I needed transportation from the cruise port to the airport in Buenos Aires and the driver arrived on time with my name displayed. The cruise terminal was crowded and somewhat chaotic so it was nice to have our driver to usher us out to the car.

Driver waited while we were delayed getting off the ship. He took us to the airport quickly in time to catch our flight and allowed us a quick stop at a hotel near the airport to drop off our bags before catching our flight to Iguazu Falls for the day. The van was large and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (it was a 16 passenger van I believe)!

The company is very flexible. Our original pickup time was 6:30 pm. We arrived at the cruise terminal 30 minutes early. I called them and they sent the driver right away. The van is large and comfortable. The driver helped loading and unload our luggage. It is a smooth and uneventful rise. We liked it very much.

We were at door #3 at 11h45 and we wait till at least 12h35pm we ask à few people and no body was looking for us. So we take a taxi for the airport. It was impossible for your driver not seeing us as we were 3 adults with 6 luggages. We were alone waiting

Our driver was waiting for you at the requested time at the Cruise Terminal and waited from 12.15, as requested, until 1.00pm.
We kindly ask you to check on Trip Advisor/Viator as we sent you a message on the same day at 12.56pm informing that we were still waiting for you. Kindly note that there is no answer back nor a message from your side. We even tried to contact you on the phone provided on the reservation and there was no answer from your side. The phone call directly went to the voicemail.
Finally, please note that on our confirmation message that was sent to you we informed you our Emergency Phone number. We didnt receive any phone call from your side. If you would had phoned us everything would had been solved.
