Miguel Salazar talked freely about the Argentine political situation and the economy. We learned about the university system and a little about Argentine attitudes toward Americans. He gave us info on the historic ties of BA to France. We also had a fun conversation about sports in both of our countries. Miguel customized the tour based on places we had already seen. He was great!

Wonderful time with Michael with lots of sights and football talk! Our entire family loved it and we all all of the main sights in one day without getting tired.

3 hours before the event, the operator contacted me and said he was not available due to personal urgency. He requested to reschedule anytime on the following 2 days. I agreed and chose 1900 hours the next day by rearranging my schedule. On the next day, at 1838 hours, the operator informed me that there were 3 other participants waiting and he wanted to cancel my booking over WhatsApp. He offered to arrange refund to me. However I have adjusted my own schedule to suit his personal need and he upset my travel plan which could not just be compensated by a refund. When I was the only participant, he agreed on my chosen after he was engaged on his personal urgency. When he got some new customers, he gave me up.

We are sorry that your experience with us was not satisfactory and we understand your frustration about having to reschedule your tour. However, we would like to clarify that we did not cancel your reservation due to a personal urgency, but for a minimum of participants on the experience (2).
Due to our policy of a minimum of two participants, we needed to reschedule your tour for another day when there was availability for other participants. We offered you several options to reschedule your tour and you agreed to change it for the following day at 7:00 pm.
Regarding the day of the tour, we regret that it was not possible for you to arrive at the meeting point on time due to unforeseen circumstances with your travel. We understand that you had adjusted your schedule for the tour, but 24 minutes before the tour, you informed us that you were just getting off a ferry from Uruguay and that there was a long queue for immigration. We knew that this would take a few hours, including waiting in line, going through immigration, and then getting to the meeting point. As the tour was also booked for other tourists, we had to proceed with the tour as scheduled.
We strive to provide high-quality service to all our customers and value your feedback. If you would like to discuss this situation further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future and provide you with a positive experience with us.

The scooter tour is a wonderful way to cover a lot ground to see Buenos Aires. Mike is very knowledgeable and personable. You will feel like you are in town with a friend showing you the highlights of the city.

Amamos la experiencia. Cosas a mejorar . Tratar de que sea en 3 hs el recorrido , el nuestro fue de 4 1/2 . Tuvimos otras actividades programadas y tuvimos que suspender y lo otro , tratar de no circular sobre muestras de artesanos, donde circula mucha gente. El resto increible !!! Rita , lo más !!!! Muchas gracias chicos. Vamos a volver por el circuito nocturno. Abrazos .

Nos complace saber que quedaron con ganas de más y que volverían a repetir la experiencia.
Respecto al tiempo, los fines de semana suelen ser un poco más movidos y por lo general para ir al Cementerio de Recoleta hay que pasar esta feria. Pero, si no pasamos por el Cementerio de Recoleta, ¿realmente estuviste en Buenos Aires? 👀
Son realmente muy pocos los paseos que se retrasan de esta manera, pero te aseguro que lo tomaremos en cuenta. Este feedback nos ayuda a seguir mejorando.

Si lo que buscas es conocer Buenos Aires y escuchar la mejor historia de cada sitio emblemático, tenés que tomar este tour con Rolling Argentina y Rita como la mejor guía. Si llegaste hasta acá, no tenés que buscar más.
