It was very good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. The only drawback was the vehicle. It was old and we were pretty crowded.

Hello, I am very surprised by your comment. The vehicle we used was a 7 seater KIA CARNIVAl model 2020, 60 000 miles, fully automatic, with great air conditioning. 1 person, a teenager was sat on the 3d row.! oerson at the front and 3 on the 2nd row with individual seats. We use this vehicle all the time for groups of 5. Sorry you did not like the vehicle.

First time visitors to Buenos Aires absolutely should do this tour. Carlos made sure the experience was complete. From history to the visual experiences of the current culture in Boca. Amazing to see it and experience it. Then shopping guidance to cultural experience. The best.

It can be hot and...

It can be hot and repetitive. He was hard to understand and told unnecessary stories. Repeated the stories. Stories were confusing or out of sequence. Didn’t have a clear idea for water and food breaks. Both guide and driver very nice but it seemed amateur and he wasn’t very good for the price. Super expensive.

Buenos Aires was an amazing city, so much history and so much to do, but the best part was having Carlos and Ana with us!! Pablo was the best tour guide ever. I was lucky as it was just me and him and a holiday so no traffic, and we got to see so much in a very small amount of time. From the colorful lanes of Boca to the Parisian inspired sidewalks of Recoleta, I feel in love with Buenos Aires and can't wait to return. Personal highlight was going to the Mercado San Telmo for an amazing local lunch of empanadas and choripan! Definitely recommend this tour, even if only on a layover in BA. Pablo was excellent and the company communicated well and helped me out by customising my times and requirements. 5 stars! Gracias Pablo and co.

Buenos Aires in a day with airport transfer

My mom and I did a private 7-hour tour of Buenos Aires with a transfer to the airport (additional fee). It was a hot day (97°) and very sunny. Both the driver and tour guide were very professional and knowledgeable - we had a great time with them. They even found us a gluten free bakery (La Union) that was amazing! In 7-hours we got to see the highlights of Buenos Aires, learn about the history and eat lunch at a local restaurant. Because it was a private tour we could pick and choose what we wanted to do and how long we wanted to spend in any one place. It was a great way to see the city given the few hours we had before our flight. Also, while more expensive than a group tour, it wasn't that much more money. Highly recommend! A few of our stops: El Ateneo Bookstore Eva Peron's burial site - Recoleta Cemetery La Boca neighborhood Palacio Barolo’s Colonial Town Hall Cathedral & Pope Francis Mothers of the May Square

Buenos Aires in 4 Hours!

We flew into Buenos Aires in the morning and scheduled this tour at 2pm. Pablo was waiting for us at our hotel lobby earlier than expected and started our tour. We hit all 7 places I wanted to see (sent a list to Viator weeks before, which in turn they sent to vendor). He told us the history of each place which was fascinating, gave us good advice on money exchange and where to purchase Messi jerseys for souvenirs! Highly recommend this tour, ask for Pablo, he’s the best!!👍🏼

Our tour guide, Pablo, and driver were great! The tour included only our family in a small but comfortable, air conditioned, passenger van. Pablo took great care of us and gave us a lot of information about Buenos Aires that we could use for the rest of our stay. We did not think we would like BA as much as we did. Thanks to Pablo, I would definitely go back to visit this great city.

Amazing Way to See the City

We were treated to a Sunday morning city tour. The traffic was light and our tour guide was excellent. We got to see all major points of interest -- Pink House, Recoleta Cemetary, Obelisk, Boca, etc. The highlight was the Museo de Agua, which isn't on typical tours -- but the building was BEAUTIFUL!! Highly recommend.

We took advantage of hotel pick-up and airport drop-off for a late night flight and had a comprehensive tour that let us view/experience many different aspects/neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Our guide was very knowledgeable and filled the gaps where the shorter tours we had taken the day before left us with questions. He took advantage of less traffic on Sunday to crisscross different city parts (even out to San Isidro) to offer us a truly customized experience well beyond the expected. Can highly recommend!

Family Fun in Buenos Aires

Main attractions Redeemer is a must

we have 45 people in the group . The bus is full. The tour operator promised to give water but they forgot. We paid separate for the train going to the Redeemer but other tour operators it's included. They changed our original schedule supposedly Redeemer after pick up at Hilton Rio Copacabana but instead to Sugarloft. The Tour guide was not sure if we can get tickets to Redeemer and thats our main reason to visit Rio de Janiero. The Tour operator even charge us extra $18 per person for the train, but other tour operators is included.

Not so much attractions

The tour operator did not follow instructions as per Viator invoice. Our group of 39 people doesnt hear the voice of tour guide since no head set. Tour guide doesnt have mega phone also. The entrance to some destinations like cemetery is not included in the fee. There should be more places to see.

As you know, moving 39 people in a bus is not an easy task especially when the country is in the middle of a national celebration for a world cup final. The microphone was working since I tested it myself and the bus is a very new one. It sems you are getting mixed up with your experience in Rio as mentioned above . I have asked Viator to remove the comments you made about Rio de Janeiro which are not related to us. All the photos I have received from the guide are ones of happy people which coincide with the feed back from the guide which has been working for us for many years and has agreat experience of large groups.. I am very confused. The only element which relates to Buenos Aires is the cemetery.It seems that you chose this moment to split up and have lunch in smaller groups.You also spent a lot of time looking for Messi football shirts. You were asked specifically if you wanted to visit it. Nobody took up the offer.You have seen La Boca, San Telmo, Plaza de Mayo, Floralis Generica, Los Bosques de Palermo, The Obelisco, the embassies neighbourhood, Puerto Madero, the woman's bridge etc...This is even more than what is indicated on the tour description. In a city in a middle of a nationwidel party, with all the excesses that it implies, it seems to me that it is quite remarkable.!

Our tour came with a driver and comfortable car and a Spanish and English speaking guide. They took us all over and it was a great combination of driving and walking. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable. We couldn’t stump him at all. You see and learn so much in those 7 hours. So worth the cost, especially if you’re either not in town for long, like us, or you want a city orientation before the rest of your time there. Our flight got in late that morning so I contacted the company so we could start an hour later, which was totally fine, and then we learned the guide planned to give us a full 7 hours anyway, which he didn’t have to do at all! Loved it!

Exciting and colourful

We had a wonderful time touring the city of Buenos Aires. Our guide took us to historical place and provided us with information about the place. From the arrival of the Spaniard, BA indigenous people, migrants from WW1, The history behind the colourful tenement house, Evita Peron grave, house and monument. We also visited is awesome book store. To much to see and learn one day is not enough. Our guide and drive made us feel safe, with both having pleasing personalities. I highly recommend this tour specially our guide and driver.
