The booking process took longer than expected as there was no where on the booking website to include the time you have to be picked up???? Basic info I would have thought. It took some time chatting with Viator and emailing the transfer company to finally get a confirmation…. It should be easier than that….

We booked a car to take us from our hotel to the airport. The driver was prompt, friendly, helpful and the ride to the airport was smooth. I would recommend this service and would use again.

I had booked transport from a hotel in Recoleta to Ezezia, filled in the requested info including my outgoing flight time. They didn’t let me know when they would pick me up. Then I got an email asking when my flight was ARRIVING. I replied that I was LEAVING, not ARRIVING. Then they asked what my room was at the hotel and I replied I am not staying at the hotel but it was 1/2 block from where I was staying. What a gong show! I bailed. Couldn’t afford screw-ups at 6 am for flight, so found another way. They totally lost my trust.

We waited for a half an hour, as instructed. A driver never showed up, and we ended up taking an Uber. I tried three times to call the number listed on the Viator ticket receipt, but never was able to reach anyone. Very disappointed. I will be filing for a refund.

Driver arrived 15 minutes late with no advisory call. I attempted to call Gray Line contact number but no one picked up. Our departure airline was Delta from Terminal C which I passed to the driver. Driver insisted our departure was at Terminal A and dropped us off there requiring a 5-10 minute walk outside (temp 98F) to get to correct location.

I booked a car to pick us up at our rental apartment in Buenos Aires to take us to the airport. Booking went fine, but except for a generic message from them (in response to me trying to clarify our TIME of pickup several days prior to day of ride), we never got any further communication within 2 days of our pickup. Nothing about driver, vehicle, even TIME of pickup). Fortunately, our ride DID arrive, and the driver was fantastic and all went well. But being in the dark whether our car would even arrive was unsettling while in another country.

Unfortunately, we were dropped off at the wrong terminal and had to walk to the other side of the airport with our multiple bags. I asked the driver if we were at the right terminal for Delta and he assured me it was but it was not.

The driver came in time. Everything went very smooth and quick but unfortunately the driver drove to the wrong terminal – the agancy know what flight we were heading to, and in any case the driver should have asked before just stop at the most remote terminal.

This guy got me to the airport from a hotel just of Florida St (down downtown) in the middle of 5pm traffic to the airport in 40 minutes. That's pretty darn good. I would have thought it would have been an hour and a half maybe. It was a driver in a private vehicle (not a mini bus as pictured on the website)....which I think is better anyhow. Great sevice!

AWFUL!! The day before I called to be picked up at our hotel @ 3.30 pm. Just to be sure, on my request she repeated the hour: 3.30 pm. On the day of departure @ 3.45 still no one had arrived. When we tried to phon e the olffice, the line was BUSY FOR 20 MINUTES. Only when the hotel tried the emergency number, we had contact. Excuse: "Heavy Traffic" (what else?). The driver arrived @ 4.30 pm, one hour late. He did NOT SPEAK ON WORD ENGLISH. He dropped us off @ Terminal B which proved the wrong terminal. We had to walk 20 MINUTES with our full luggage to the C terminal. WORSE SERVICE EVER

Superb. Taxi was a comfortable car in good condition (unlike most Buenos Aires taxis!). Driver arrived early and pointed out the main sights of the city and told us about its history (in Spanish) as we went.
