After a long flight, it was a great relief to walk out and find our driver holding our name card. He welcomed us to Buenos Aires and then helped take our luggage to his car. We were out of the airport and on our way in no time. The drive to our hotel was comfortable and smooth. We would recommend this to all travelers arriving at Buenos Aires.

The service is great met is right where they said. Helped me with my luggage. Delivered me right where I needed to be. Was polite and professional.
Driver met us at Arrivals with a name card, very smooth. Unf vehicle was on small side and we had 2 large suitcases. He managed to fit them in inc front seat. Car wasn’t as clean or new like we expected from a booked transfer but everything else was fine. He got us to our hotel quickly which was what counted.
Driver never showed to pick us up. After waiting 35 minutes, I found a cab and it was cheaper. Now waiting for VIATOR to issue a refund.
Great service - our plane was 2 hrs late, but the driver was there waiting. Easy ride and hotel drop off. Highly recommended.
Only had to wait a couple of minutes for my driver who greeted me with a sign. Very personable and spoke reasonable English but was happy to converse with me in Spanish. Made recommendations on restaurants and provided other tourist info.
Excellent service, but somehow there must be a way for communication with the driver, as the line to get through passport control was for 4-5 hours and we were afraid that the driver would leave.

I held a VIATOR arranged transfer from the Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires, Argentina to take me to my downtown Claridge Hotel on Thursday, March 9th for two persons. My credit card was billed $ 29.70 for the transfer but the provider, listed as Gray Line Argentina, never did show up at the airport to pick us up. The Confirmation number for this transfer is #1363224236, and the Booking Reference # is 974585232. Please submit a credit to my personal VISA credit card Thomas M. Used Viator for and airport transfer to our hotel in buenos ares. our driver was waiting with a sign. I would definitely recommend this service. It was safe and easy. We didn’t have to worry about paying since we prepaid just tipped the driver at the end.
Don't book this. Our driver called 1x, said he was going to call back to check on our status and never called back. He wasn't there and Viator refused to give a refund.
The process was iffy since we did not receive any confirmation that the supplier received our flight details. Luckily we were met at the airport without trouble (despite a flight delay). The service was good, the uncertainty of whether our booking was valid not good. Viator takes no responsibility for the booking but also does not provide easy access to the supplier for us to deal directly. Not keen on the process
Uncontactable. Took my money and never provided a pick up. Called and emailed, no one ever replied or answered. Use this if you want to get ripped off.
I arranged for a private car to greet us upon arrival in Buenos Aires. The policy stated the driver would wait one hour upon arrival. When our initial flight encountered a mechanical difficulty and had to return to Atlanta, I reached out to Viator to advise of the change in flights and new arrival. I was told this constituted a "cancellation" and I would be billed the full amount. I wrote back to challenge this, explaining we were simply arriving on a different flight a day later. Viator then said okay, they would relent and pick up with no additional charge. Unfortunately, our next flight was slightly delayed as well. Upon landing, I immediately reached out to Viator to advise we might miss our 60-minute window, but I could not connect with a live attendant. Customs was a slow process and we arrived in the terminal nine minutes after the deadline -- and no driver was present. This entire operation seems like a scam to me. I booked a driver on the same trip at a different South American airport through Booking.com, and they not only captured my flight information and promised to stay updated on estimated arrival times, they also confirmed the driver's arrival at the airport. That's how it should work.
The immigration line at the airport was really long and it took me over one hour to clear immigration and custom. I could not imagine it would take this long. By the time I got to the pick up area, the driver has already left and I had to find my transportation to the hotel with no refund. Gray Line operator did not try to help/contact me either. They know when my flight arrive and should have warned me the immigration line at this airport could take a long time so that I pick a later pick-up time. I should have just called a cab or UBER which are much cheaper.
Driver was easy to find at the airport when I arrived. Took me from airport to Airbnb. Great service and easy to talk to driver made it worth the money.
driver was helpful and polite but was not able to speak English. Driver parked car too far away from arrival area and we had to walk quite a bit with our luggage under the freezing windy morning.
The pickup and our transport to the hotel was fine -- nothing special -- the driver was there with a sign and provided the ride. I don't think he spoke english since he didn't talk at all -- we have had similar drivers that don't offer any information or advice -- they just drive - it would be nice if they did offer a little conversation...
