I specifically requested a truck. The picture displayed a truck. The driver pulled up with the smallest car in the world. Felt like we were in a circus full of clowns.

Never showed up. They advised it was my mistake, however I have the docs to show otherwise. Was supposed to be picked up at 8.30AM and the booking operator input 10.30PM instead. We have back and forth conversations about the time pick up and it was clear it was at 8.30am.

Hi Millie, thank you for posting. You booked a transfer for 10:30 pm and next pretended to be picked up at 8:30 am. Your booking was made around 11 pm the day before. We do not take bookings on the phone neither with less than 24 hours in advance. If you had tried to book it at 8:30 am this would not have happened because we have a cut off of 24 hours so we can smoothly provide these type of services. We explained this early in that morning when we received your booking and we told you that the service could not be provided. Cordially, Carlos

Don’t text and drive!!!

Driver was over 25 minutes late for pickup. They did call and let us know. The owner ended up picking us up. While driving us to the destination, she was talking and texting on the phone. Not cool- not cool at all!
