The place to start your adventure is easy to find. The team on the boat are friendly and helpful. While you go down on the Brisbane River, you are hearing interesting things about the river. When returning to the starting point, you head to the plough inn where you have lunch. After that you have a relaxing time looking at the sites of Brisbane on the channel 7 wheel at southbank

Started with an informative cruise down the river. Many points of interest were pointed out. Refreshments were served but we didn’t want to miss anything to get up and take any. We sat up on top in a covered open air area. I believe an air conditioned space was in h th e first level. After 1.5 hours down the river and back, we were given vouchers to ride the Wheel of Brisbane which was a short walk from the pier. I think we got four revolutions and had great views! Then another short walk to The Plough Inn for which we also had vouchers. We had pizza, fish and chips, and a burger, all which were delicious. Highly recommend this excursion. It was a very good deal for the money.

The cruise was good, we enjoyed the ride on the Wheel, but then when we arrived at the Plough Inn we were told quite abruptly that we should have been there at 12.30 and they had given our table away. This was about 1.00 pm when we arrived. At no time were we told we needed to go straight to the Plough Inn for a set time, in fact at boarding I queried the guy handing out the tickets how it worked, and were told we could go th the Wheel and Plough Inn whenever we wanted, as long as it was on the same day as the cruise. Eventually a table was found for us at Plough Inn but we were left with no instructions how to order, and when I went to the counter to order, the menu we were shown on the cruise wasn't available, and the order taker just called a few dishes out to me, as she didn't have a menu there. I know there were more choices than what she gave me, but just ordered off the limited few choices she offered. The chicken Caesar Salad was nice, but I don't think it was the one on our menu we were shown on the boat. I think if we had been told we had a reservation for 12.30 and had the reserved table we would probably have been given a menu and better service so it probably isn't the fault of the Plough Inn. Please inform your guests properly if they have a set time for dining as part of the Combo pass! We would happily have gone straight there if we had known.

Hi Brent, thank you for cruising with us. I am sorry that your lunch booking didn't go as planned. The crew are well versed on the proceedings of the day, and while you can use The Wheel ticket anytime that day, they would never have told you that you can lunch at any time. On boarding, the crew gave you an envelope with the menu, your lunch and wheel tickets and information about the proceedings for the day. It specifically says on the instructions that "your lunch booking has been made for 12.30pm." The Plough Inn has recently been sold to new owners, so that may have explained why the waitress didn't know the menu, so I apologise for that, but do not understand why you didn't still have the menu and instructions with you to show her. With the in depth instructions you are given, I am not sure we could do anything more. take care

This was more than I expected. A great way to see the layout of the city and learn some history of the area and river. The lunch was good value for money and the Brisbane wheel was something I wouldn't have tried without the deal.

This is a sure must to do on your trip here in Brisbane. The cruise is a nice relaxing experience. The crew is very informative and the tea and scones were so delicious. Also the combo pass is just amazing for what you get. Cruise then the lunch at the Plough Inn the food soooooo great. After that the Ferris Wheel experience too. So much at such an unbelievable price. Amazing!!!!!!!

Enjoyed this combination tour of a 90 minute river tour with interesting commentary followed by a ride on the Brisbane wheel and a yummy lunch at The Plough. After the cruise you are on your own so you don’t need to stay with the large group. Recommend for a pleasant 1/2 day exploring Brisbane.

The variety of the package was great. A lovely river cruise with nice morning tea followed by lunch and a drink and a ride on the wheel was definitely good value. Especially helpful was the map of where to go with specific instructions for each possible mode of transport. This was particularly helpful as my husband is not very mobile and we were able to determine the best option for us. The only downside was that we did not realise that it was quite a walk for him to go to lunch. It's fine for the average person but a bit of a challenge for those who are frail.

The boat cruise and lunch were great. I wouldn’t recommend the wheel ride… the walk from the wharf to the restaurant was a bit of a hike from the fragile. Other than that it was nice.

Excellent boat cruise with narrator. This package is SO worth it. We did the cruise as scheduled and then lunch at Ploughing Inn. The portions were huge and tasted very good. Many entree choices and includes beer or wine too. We saved the wheel of Brisbane tickets for the evening to get the view at night.
