As with any experience watching ocean creatures, be okay with the fact that you might not see anything. Such was the case for this ride. It turned out to be a nice boat around the island, and that’s all. The crew offered to snorkel a bit on the open water, but after 3-4 hours searching on rough seas, calling it seemed like the appropriate move. This pickup was about 30 minutes late, so don’t panic if no one is there on time.

As you writing, the ocean is big and even we do all our best to see whales, sometime we come back without watching.
About pick-up, we try to organize as well as possible but weather and some people late do that we don't respect exactly the timing.
We are totally apologise for that.
