What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon with a wonderful knowledgeable chef and his lovely funny wife. And the staff was so helpful. Good people, good conversation and WOW the food!

Lovely couple with a wealth of knowledge about thai cooking, ingredients, and regional differences in cuisine. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided cooking advice and recipe ideas beyond the scope of the class. The operation runs very smoothly and the teaching kitchen is a beautiful setting. I had a fantastic time and learned a ton!

Pick up available from a variety of hotels. Have a very light breakfast or lunch depending on your tour time - you get to eat what you cook. The Family all pitch in and make it a seamless experience for their guests and you learn a little more about Koh Samui and the way of life. Looking forward to recreating our dishes. Do not require a high level of cooking experience.

The Tom Yum we made in class was the best I've ever had. The market stop was a revelation—I've never seen such a variety of fruits and vegetables.

By far the best Thai cooking class I've ever been to. The staff are superb, they really look after you,very polite and professional. This recipe tastes great and my 12 year old daughter loves it when she cooks it herself. You can also cook it at home. Well-equipped and very hygienic facilities. Kitchen studio built with bamboo is special.
