Needs Transparency regarding Rental Fees

The Boca da Onca Waterfall Tour was impressive and fantastic, and tour guide was very enthusiastic to deliver the information on the falls and their vicinity in English as much as possible to foreigners who do not know Portuguese language. But the rental window of aqua shoes and locker could be much more improved in its transparency of cost and other operations. There were no signs and no notice of rental fees at all, even when returning the rental items. In addition they sent me a Portuguese message requesting me to remit the fees, which I do not know correct or not, to the company's bank account, after I returned to my hotel. It was a non-sense for the foreigners who do not understand Portuguese language and have no way to remit in Brazil. Although I remitted the fees with the help of my tour agent at the hotel, I felt this rental fee collecting process was really inconvenient and absurd.
