They were on time, very friendly, and I even waited until the very last minute to tell them a meeting point. The bikes are self assisting electric MOUNTAIN bikes. I of course just seen electric and booked real quick. They still did us good for what we were wanting it for. I would rent from them again. Thank you guys!!!

Not Electric bikes. These are pedal assist!!
Bikes were not at port as expected, called office no answer. Man showed up an hour later than expected saying he was early. Bikes were to tall for 3 of the 4 of us making it difficult to get on/off.
Expected electric bikes these were electric assist. Will not go without pedaling up to speed.
One bike had a flat tire cutting our ride short. Tried calling with no answer. Had to ride aprox 5 miles on flat tire to get back.

Thank you for your review. We’d like to clarify a few points. By law, all electric bikes on Bonaire are pedal-assist, so while they are definitely electric, you do need to pedal to activate the motor. Nowhere on our website do we advertise a staffed office across from the cruise terminal; instead, our staff delivers the bikes to the port area, which was arranged for your booking. No specific size request was made, so we provided our regular adult bikes. We regret the flat tire during your ride and understand that was inconvenient.
As soon as you returned the bikes, we issued a full refund for your rental, which we believe was a fair solution. We’re surprised to see such a negative review despite that resolution, but appreciate the opportunity to clarify for future guests.

Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Jarne von unserem lokalen Reiseanbieter, Bonaire Kite School perfekt. Die Fahrräder wurden pünktlich an den Hafen geliefert, waren gut in Schuss und konnten nach der Tour einfach abgeschlossen wieder dort abgestellt werden. Jarne war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. 100 % Weierempfehlun!
