If your ship is docked at South Pier: Exit the pier and walk straight towards the stairs leading into the South Pier shopping area. Your "I Love Bonaire" guide, who will be in uniform and will be holding a sign, will be waiting for you at the top of the stairs. Please have your voucher to present to the guide. If your ship is docked at North Pier: Exit the pier and walk straight towards the Tourist Information Booth, where you will meet your "I Love Bonaire" guide, who will be in uniform and will be holding a sign. The booth is conveniently located right in front of the Cruise Market. Please have your voucher to present to the guide.

Honestly I think this listing needs to be modified or deleted.. I booked a tour using Viator. When I asked if another date was available, via Viator chat, Bonair Tours said no. (Ok, no problem.) In the same chat message, I was given a WhatsApp number “so you can call him about the walking tour.” I thought this info was provided in case of emergency or in case I got lost. What I was NOT told was that *there was actually no tour scheduled for the day I was booked for. And to make a reservation, it was actually necessary that I call this person myself using WhatsApp.* So this Viator booking—which I received confirmation for, and was CHARGED for—wasn’t worth anything. If I had known this, I would have just canceled my reservation. Some other kind person finally explained this all via Viator chat. But not until we showed up in Kralendijk, waiting at the pier, on the date and time printed on my ticket, and no one was there to meet us. I was fully refunded, but there’s no refund for time wasted. And there was no apology.
