Great way to experience the city during a long layover. We had 9 hours layover, was more than enough. Our guide Juan was very knowledgeable and attentive. He even pointed out hummingbirds in the city, and showed us lots of interesting street art and small spots in the Center. Driver was good and kept our things safe while we walked around. We saw Monserrate, La Candelaria neighborhood and Botero museum - we saw enough to get a good taste of Bogotá, but also made us want to come back!

The layover tour was a great was to have a feel about Bogota in a very short period of time (4h). It was great to be able to see the highlights of the city and learn about its history in a short amount of time. It made me want to know more!

The driver met us outside the airport with a sign with my name on it, carried our luggage to his car and placed it in his trunk, then drove us to our hotel in 15 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Our driver spoke only Spanish as expected in Colombia, and although I don't speak Spanish well, it was no problem. The job got done.

Great tour with Mariana! I arrived late but I was still able to see all the important sights, toured Candelaria, ate some local food and even tried a local drink!

Juliana our guide was great but there was an issue with pickup time so our tour was very short. In all my correspondence with them I said we arrive in am but they were confused if morning or evening. They sent me a text and email to clarify after we took off from London so I did not respond until we landed at 3:30am. Instead of a 6:30am pickup we were scrambling to meet and a driver picked us up after 7.

We are from Japan and although our flight was delayed for 15 hours, Hansa Tour team kindly waited for us at the airport at midnight and took us to a very safe and interesting city tour.
We were just grateful for the quick and precise responses, flexible arrangements, and informative guidance of every one of the staff we communicated with. They made our short stay in Bogota unforgettable, and we would definitely like to go back to Bogota someday soon to explore more this beautiful city with Hansa Tour. Muchas Gracias!

We had a 7.5 hour layover in Bogota and decided to book a 3-hour city tour through Viator. We wanted to take a 4-hour tour but given we booked 24 hours before we arrived, this was no longer available. We were met at the airport by our tour guide, Ivan, and his driver, Sandro. We told Ivan of our desire to see Montserrate as well as the Candelaria area and the main square and he said he'll see what we can do. It was a perfect day (it was raining before) and we were lucky that there were practically no lines going up and down the funicular to Montserrate. For those planning to visit, this is a must see!!
With the time we had, we went to Montserrate and saw amazing views of Bogota, Candelaria - the quaint and old town as well as the main square where the cathedral and federal offices were.
Ivan was amazing and a wealth of information!! He loves what he does and wants to share his love of country by giving us a lot of information that makes Bogota a repeat destination. Ivan is with Hansa Tours and we appreciated how accommodating they were.
Thank you, Ivan & Sandro, for making our short tour to Bogota a wonderful one!! We made it back to the airport with plenty of time to get to our gate. Oh, and we brought home lots of Colombian coffee to enjoy at home, too!

At purchase I was told it was a 4hr tour of Bogota including a cable car up Mt. Montserrat and visiting museums. Turns out it was actually a 2hr walking tour of Bogota. Our tour guide and driver were great and we learned a lot about Bogota and its history but not what the voucher stated.

What a great way to see the city on any layover in Bogota. What we liked best about this tour, was it was completely flexible to see exactly what we wanted to see. For are particular tour, we visited the top of Monserrate, the Gold Museum, and walked around Bolívar Square. Our guide, Phillipe - was spectacular!! He was very knowledgeable about the city, and was able to provide us with a much better understanding of the history and culture of Colombia. We loved his passion and fun loving nature- he was great with our 2 daughters. Highly recommended!!

This was a great tour to fill up our ten hour layover. It was just enough time and showed us some great points in Bogota. Out tour guide, Clara, is very knowledgeable and spoke English perfectly. I highly recommend this tour with Clara. I love the art and architecture in Bogota. Thank you Clara.

Picked us up at the airport promptly, extremely warm and kind tour guide who was so pleasant to be with for the following hours. We went on a history, graffiti, politics and architecture tour around La Candelaria and it was a great way to get to know the city quickly. Well worth it.
