Horses on the highway?

Very nice horses, well cared for. Very nice staff. Limited English speakers. The ride was fun, but not at all as expected. There was no riding on the beach, but really just a long slow trek to the water, mostly on paved roads and even across two main streets with auto traffic. So, not really a nature lover’s experience.

We're so glad my fiance and I did this! It was a great experience from start to finish. We booked it the night before and they arrived the next morning at our hotel to drive us about 20 minutes to the horses. I've never ridden a horse before but they showed us what to do and we had a very enjoyable journey that ended at the beach where the guides let us ride a horse into the water for photo-op. Absolutely worth it!

We Enjoyed the slow pace and seeing the mountainside. Just know the car ride to get to the start of excursion is about 30 mons and you go pretty far outside the main city intonthe countryside. The trip ended at a hidden water inlet where we were able to take pictures. Guide was friend and guided my wife's horse so she would feel more comfortable. No issues during the the ride. My horse just liked to stop and eat grass along the way every so often.

We had a wonderful time! The horses were all very gentle and great for beginners. If you’ve never been on a horse before this may not be the trip for you, as they give no real instructions and the terrain is a bit challenging in places.

Unfortunately I cannot give this experience a high review. There was truly a lack in communication and language barrier. The guide did not speak English, the ride from where we were was 45 minutes which was never communicated to us. It was my husbands first time riding a horse and with the language barrier he did not feel safe. He ended up not riding. We went down to the water after 30 Minutes and I took some nice pictures on the horse but unfortunately this took our whole day in Bodrum so we couldn’t explore anything else. I think the description needs to be more detailed and the guide needs to be able to truly speak English.

Great ride, good horses, just a tad messy

The trip was nice. You ride through the roads to reach a small beach. The horses are well cared for and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I would advise is to be aware that there’s a fair amount of trash that you’ll see on the way there and back. It would have been nice if the trail had been cleaned up just a bit more. Otherwise great experience.

The whole team was super friendly, very caring and welcoming. They even arranged a transfer for us to the ranch although our hotel was not in their pick up area. The horses were well trained and you feel absolutely safe on them. The route is wisely chosen and grants you a nice scenery. I absolutely recommend this activity.

An awesome experience! Ufuk, our Guide was totally relaxed and friendly! It was my first time on a horse and my friends daughter has more than 4 Years experience in horse riding and my friend has some experience. Means, quite challenging for the Guide. He made it! Perfect, how we got guided and coached according to our individual skill levels. We all had a lot of fun and we all loved it! Beautiful landscape, trails, tracks and roads without traffic through the beautiful nature near Bodrum. Hope we get the chance to go for it again!

Not what I expected

The guys at the ranch were fantastic, very welcoming, however the tour was not really what I expected, it was an hour journey to a very small beach. On the way we had to cross a number of roads with cars passing by, not to mention that the roads were littered with all sorts of rubbish, from car engines to plastic bottles. I know it is not the fault of the horse riding school owners, but still, they should try and maybe organise a clean up of the route they take their clients on.
