We had a truly amazing paragliding experience! The pilots were highly professional, made us feel very safe, and the timing of the whole activity was perfectly organized. Everything ran smoothly, and overall it was a fantastic adventure that I would highly recommend.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because of two small issues:
I had to send a message to the operator through Viator around 9 pm the evening before to confirm the timing for the next day. It would have been much better to receive this information proactively from the operator a bit earlier.
I purchased the photo & video package for both me and my husband. While his pictures and videos turned out amazing, I only received one short landing video and nothing from the actual flight, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite these points, the overall experience was incredible and I would still highly recommend it!

Excellent experience! It was the first time paragliding for both of us and we felt safe and well informed. The views were of course wonderful! The pilots were professional and very friendly. The only negative aspect was the communication before the flight day. The day before the activity I had not heard anything from the local tour organizer even though I had reached out through the viator chat option. This caused a bit of stress and difficulties for travel planning. :) When I called them the day before, then I found out that they were not sure if the activity was possible due to the wind. This is, of course, understandable, but it would have been nice to be more informed. Everything was sorted in the end and we absolutely loved the experience!

Paragliding is highly weather dependent activity, usual 5-7 days forecast is useless, I see the reliable forecast one day before the event, and one day before we inform the guests about the activity.
We always provide best experience possible, even if there is a little chance to fly, like it was in your case…..
But at the end you loved the experience, and that’s important.
I hope you will return on the spring or summer sometime, so we try to earn a fife star review from you:)))

One of the best experiences I had done. Lovely views over bled once up. Totally secure with my guide who was brilliant. Four of us were all up in the air together eventually. Wasn’t as cold as first thought but sure was windy. Pick up and drop off was close and easy.

Très bonne expérience!
Les moniteurs sont très sympas.
On passe une quinzaine de minutes en vol avec tout le long une vue magnifique sur le lac, on finit en volant juste au dessus du lac.
Je recommande !
